The product was never delivered, and they refused to help at every step. They partnered with a sketchy logistics and delivery provider that never answered any of my attemtps at communication. When presented with the problem, they washed their hands of it, saying it was in their TOS that, once in the country of delivery, it wasn't their problem, and I shoudl take it up with the logistics provider who wouldn't answer me. When I asked ACGGOODS to contact them on my behalf, they said they couldn't. Essentially, if you pay for the product, they make no promises it will ever reach you, and if you can't sort it out yourself it's not something they'll help with.

I decided to pay for a petition on acggoods and it was a big mistake. The artwork looked wonderful but the sample plushie didn't end up looking good at all. They don't allow me to cancel my order even tho it doesnt look at all how I imagined it. They haven't even started the full production yet. In addition, I'm probably also expected to pay extra fees for custom and import tax for this product. The product I don't want, which I've known since i first saw it. Compared to other plushies I've seen on this site this plush is very low quality. The ears look weird and not like the picture. The hands are not the same colours as the face. The head band has a totally different colour. And the blood on the bandages look really cheaply done.

They don't accept credit cards, only PayPal. They don't refund you things after sales, there's no customer service, just a discord with people saying they don't know how to fix any issues. Their pledge bullshit is a lie, they steal your money and hope you forget in 3 months when you don't get a refund. The fact that this app is allowed is ridiculous, it's broken and goggle needs to crack down on broken apps like this

Thiefs When I placed my order, the product was not clearly stated as a preorder before I paid. After I followed up, they told me it was a preorder/back-order item, but they also said I had the option to pay for air shipment. I was willing to pay for air shipment and told them that, but they ignored my message for around two months. They only replied after I escalated the issue through my bank. Instead of properly resolving the issue, they kept referring to their no-refund policy, even though they never delivered the product to me and did not clearly state that it was a preorder before I made the purchase. I never received my product, and I never received a refund. Based on my experience, run away, save your money Thiefs

If anything happens to your package you're screwed. And "customer service" isn't using a translator it's very clearly an AI bot because at the bottom it says it's sent from "crisp". Clicking on it leads to an AI website. Was really exited for my items and now I'll never be able to buy from some of my favorite artists because of a shitty website.

Not even a 1 star because they do not deserve even that. Bot communication when you require about an order. Zero information is given when inquiring about your order and IF it has processed and WHEN it will ship. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!
