I didn't have issues with purchasing or delivery, but the quality left a lot to be desired. It was an acrylic charm, which is decently thick (which I like) but there’s a lot of bubbling on one side of it like the acrylic didn't seal properly. It wouldn't be so frustrating if I didn't spend $20 on it - at that price, I expected a higher quality product than what I received. It also has an extremely strong and unpleasant odor. The person sitting next to me could smell it; that's how much it projected.

To help protect acrylic items during shipping, each product is covered with a protective film. Before it's removed, small air bubbles may appear between the film and the acrylic surface. We recommend removing the film first to check the product. The item is also sealed shortly after production, so there may be a slight odor when first opened. This should gradually fade after being left in a well-ventilated area.
