AcggoodsReviews of acggoods.com

Bought a product from an artist, payment is very easy and straightforward! I am well informed of the progress and shipment and everything went well!

The products are superb and I adore them so much. Definitely great for anyone who enjoys collecting things of their favorite characters, original characters and creations, or even just loves getting stuff of their own original characters with the YCH options! I want so bad to give five stars, but there is a 50% delivery on my goods out of four orders so far where my package has ended up at my neighbor's house instead of mine, and out in the country, that's quite the walk to make for me! Bright side: I have gotten all the items I've ordered, just that two of the four times I've had my stuff delivered, it was out of the way for me. :')

The product was packaged really well, very safe in there. It's very high quality, no complaints about that. Delivery was a little slow, but that wasn't a problem for me.

The order arrived fast and in perfect conditions! I've ordered from them before, but this time it arrived way faster! The packaging was good and the goods were in perfect conditions

I really like the quality of the stickers and keychains that I have bought off of this site, the shipping took around +25 ish days to ship to me but it was worth the wait! I also have gained around 30$ from selling my own art on here and it's a really easy way to make money!

The product was never delivered, and they refused to help at every step. They partnered with a sketchy logistics and delivery provider that never answered any of my attemtps at communication. When presented with the problem, they washed their hands of it, saying it was in their TOS that, once in the country of delivery, it wasn't their problem, and I shoudl take it up with the logistics provider who wouldn't answer me. When I asked ACGGOODS to contact them on my behalf, they said they couldn't. Essentially, if you pay for the product, they make no promises it will ever reach you, and if you can't sort it out yourself it's not something they'll help with.

I'm writing the second review after receiving my keychains. They were delivered safely and without any trouble, and the delivery price is also reasonable considering the distance. Thank you for fixing your site for users from Ukraine so that the delivery price is correct, and for reacting to my feedback. Will definitely order more fan merch.

I decided to pay for a petition on acggoods and it was a big mistake. The artwork looked wonderful but the sample plushie didn't end up looking good at all. They don't allow me to cancel my order even tho it doesnt look at all how I imagined it. They haven't even started the full production yet. In addition, I'm probably also expected to pay extra fees for custom and import tax for this product. The product I don't want, which I've known since i first saw it. Compared to other plushies I've seen on this site this plush is very low quality. The ears look weird and not like the picture. The hands are not the same colours as the face. The head band has a totally different colour. And the blood on the bandages look really cheaply done.
