The products are superb and I adore them so much. Definitely great for anyone who enjoys collecting things of their favorite characters, original characters and creations, or even just loves getting stuff of their own original characters with the YCH options! I want so bad to give five stars, but there is a 50% delivery on my goods out of four orders so far where my package has ended up at my neighbor's house instead of mine, and out in the country, that's quite the walk to make for me! Bright side: I have gotten all the items I've ordered, just that two of the four times I've had my stuff delivered, it was out of the way for me. :')

I really like the quality of the stickers and keychains that I have bought off of this site, the shipping took around +25 ish days to ship to me but it was worth the wait! I also have gained around 30$ from selling my own art on here and it's a really easy way to make money!

the ui needs some serious work. came across many odd behaviours and bugginess both when browsing and uploading designs. could also be streamlined at many points to save time because an extra confirmation screen really adds up when you have hundreds of designs. despite that i do appreciate that there's a lot of flexibility in terms of creation and great product variety. quality is good. the margins are a lot better than other print on demand sites and i'm very thankful that there's an active effort to filter out ai garbarge.

There's definitely a lot of love put into this website and you can see it as soon as you join! The creator UI is super easy to navigate while still having a lot of really useful features, and it's also relatively easy to find good merch when shopping. Since it's under Wooacry, the products always have that same strong, gorgeous quality with bright colors, and so far I haven't seen any mistakes from them even after a few years of using their services. The only thing I could potentially be irritated by is getting my foot in the door and actually selling things, but as long as you have a way to consistently promote your work it'll be fine (even if it ends up being on different platforms). Overall I would highly recommend giving ACGGoods a shot for your merch!

I was introduced to Acggoods late last year as both a seller and customer and have been thoroughly impressed by how much the site has developed in that short ammount of time alone. Acggood's staff team is incredibly active and continually proving through action that their service really is a platform meant to help artists sell their work in an age where AI works have overrun most of the internet, or other PoD or marketplace services see their artist sellers as simply an asset to profit off of, regardless if it benefits the seller or not. If you are a seller in the Acggoods discord server, you will quite frequently see members of the staff active and asking for their artists' personal opinions on changes to the site, or other ideas they are contemplating implementing. Feedback and suggestions from their user base is genuinely taken into consideration. Of course no one company or team of people is ever entirely perfect, and the language barrier of a service that is located in China but ships and interacts on an international level with its sellers and buyers can cause sometimes lead to miscommunication efforts here and there, but staff is FAST to clarify or address any concerns from its user base and has repeatedly done so with grace. In 2026 it can be annoying how many websites, projects, services, etc. Simply direct you to a discord server for any faqs or concerns and I would always love to see more options for people who do not use discord, or do not want to join discord servers. However, I am a huge fan of Acggood's discord server and how it makes the service feel like one, giant art market where you are constantly interacting with and learning from fellow vendors and customers alike. It's GREAT and has many members with years of vending experience that are generous to share their own experiences and lessons learned with those new to monetizing their work. All in all I think Acggoods is a perfect service for artists who want to test out merch design and selling their work for the first time and is a nice side hustle for already established sellers. I've personally always recieved my payments as a seller and have also recieved products as a buyer, which were of wonderful quality.

I think Acggoods is really nice for artist who want to start selling merch but don’t have the budget or the space, although I think the high price can put off a lot of people, I’ve also heard that some people would love to buy but that the shipping is way too expensive to actually be fair… Apart from that I think this site is amazing! I do have some requests on things that could be improved: - concerning the oc merch, I think it’s a shame that you can only tag one oc by product since most of my oc merch contains two or more on the same illustration. - and for the new YCH mechanic I think it works really well but the dm service could be deeply improved since I’ve noticed multiple time that me and my client don’t receive any notifications when a message is sent which leads to sometimes delays and more often then not I had to ask my client to discuss on another platform for it to viable. These things are such small things but I thing they could improve everyone vision of acggoods and help more people connect with others artist :D

I’ve been using ACGgoods for a while now, as both a customer and a seller, and I do truly love it. It’s given me an opportunity to sell my art at no cost, make a little money on the side, support amazing artists, and grow my merch collection. But it’s still a relatively new and growing platform, and it’s not without its flaws. Product Quality: Absolutely cannot complain about the quality of any of the products I’ve received so far. Keychains, Badges, Stickers and Art Prints have been pristine, vibrant and sturdy with clear prints even at small scale, from 3cm phone charms to A4 prints. Out of all my orders, I have not had any concerns with products being broken or flawed on arrival. Delivery: Had no problems with delivery yet! Depending on how big the order is and when I ordered it, production and shipping usually takes between 10-14 days. The tracking the site gives you is usually reliable, though I have encountered a visual glitch before where the tracking ended up displaying the same few steps over and over again instead of updating and it looked like my order ended up in a timeloop of sorts- This didn’t affect the shipping, and once the order was complete, the tracking displayed properly again. Usability of the website: Generally, the sites UI and features look great and work well, but sometimes it feels a bit clunky and I encounter small visual glitches every now and then. Product search could be better, there is a button to sort by ‘most recent’ vs ‘best seller’ that doesn’t do anything, some products don’t show up in regular searches and only become visible if i select a product category on the side bar. It could use some advanced search features, search by product instead of by tag/keyword, etc. There’s a lot of optimisation that can still happen. Seller experience: I’ve been selling my own art for about three months and I’ve still sold more items than I would’ve imagined. The process of setting up a store and making products is very easy and intuitive, and doesn’t cost me a thing. ACG has a huge and ever growing catalogue of products to pick from that really gets the creative juices going. I’ve not had any issues whatsoever with my monthly payouts yet either! Now my biggest gripe with ACG is how Discord centered it is. I do love its community discord and I’m fairly active in it, it’s a great time to connect with artists, customers, and the staff, and offering exclusive events and bonuses through it is a fun way to connect your user base. However, a lot of very valuable and important info is hidden behind discord announcements when it should be accessible on the website itself, be it complicated processes being explained further, minor glitches, changes, etc, and I don’t believe the website has the same FAQs available as the discord (if it does, I couldn’t find it, particularly the one regarding payouts). Customer support in part also works through discord through the ticket system on the server, and while there are other options to contact support such as through email or onsite chat, the discord ticket system shouldn’t be pushed as the main/most responsive way to get in contact with staff. All in all, I can absolutely recommend ACGgoods both from a sellers and a customers perspective. It’s a wonderful place to find unique and high quality merchandise for a decent price directly supporting the artists that designed it. It has helped me grow as an artist and gain more confidence in my work, and connected me with some amazing sellers while also earning some more pocket money on the side. And yet, there are still flaws that need to be ironed out. ACGgoods is still early in its development and it has a long road ahead of it, but its staff is always open to hear our criticisms, concerns and ideas.

I really like Acgoods!! As someone who had to close their previous shop due to safety concerns, and the cost buying merch burning into my wallet, Acgoods has been so handy and neat for me!! The only thing I wish is for more options to be in the acgoods catalog - a lot of the wooacry products are SO cool and I'd love to have them in my acgoods shop!!
