I wanted was to order a shower door but just needed some info. I called around four stores in my area and sad to say it was a disaster. It is sad to say I don't know how you guys are still in business. I end up buying the shower door elsewhere. All said and done Ace associate should be trained properly or just get someone who can answer a simple question.

This used to be a great store. The staff and owners are no longer interested in how to treat their customers. I think they must be reading Lenin's "The Teachings of Karl Marx" before coming to work. Find another hardware store.

I come from Indonesia, the service is very satisfying, and one of my family works there, I am very satisfied with their products and services

So I went to redeem my Ace Rewards ($5) for the 1st time. Oh, you can't use it for that, or for that....and you have to spend more that $5 to use it.......WTH? What good is this bogus rewards program?

Very helpful and willing to help anyway possible - Todd Charske

Don't do online shopping with ACE hardware. I have placed an order online on January 1st, and I was told I can receive my item on January 6. Today is January 20th. I don't even know where my item is. I called their customer service number of times, but just waisted my time."

My husband and I used an Ace gift card on 12/30/2020 to purchase a Blackstone griddle for same day in-store pickup via their website. Approximately 2 hours after completing our online order we received an email from Ace CANCELLING the order. The reason was their local store didn’t have sufficient stock. We go back to their website to reorder the griddle from a different local Ace store, only to discover they never refunded our gift card when they cancelled our order. Long story short, after 2 weeks of emailing and calling and being given countless excuses, we still had NOT received our $228.95 refund. Since we had used a gift card and had no recourse with filing a dispute with our bank / credit card company, we ultimately felt we had no other choice but to file a complaint with BBB. Thankfully, within 2 days of filing the complaint, our problem was resolved, but it NEVER should’ve taken such extreme measures to get the refund we were RIGHTFULLY owed. We were shocked to see numerous complaints on BBB for the SAME issue. Several people fought Ace for MONTHS before being refunded!! So......BEWARE!! If you ever use an Ace gift card and have your order cancelled, you may find yourself not refunded and fighting an uphill battle to get your funds back. We will NEVER shop @ Ace again.

Last week I had a key cut at Ace for my front door. I just purchased a home that was previously a rental and key had Do Not Duplicate. I have been in the store constantly for the past month and he said he recognized me and cut the key. Today, I return to the store to get another key. This time I'm told they will not cut the key. I explained again that this was my front door key. The response: I don't know that. Helpful reminder: If you're not paid to enter the store, you're called a CUSTOMER. Customers should always be treated with respect. NEVER EVER EVER AGAIN! I have the choice of Home Depot, Lowes and local hardware. I have ALWAYS supported independently owned businesses but as I said above, I will NEVER EVER EVER AGAIN support Ace Hardware Stores! All because of how I was treated over a $2 key!! Unbelievable! Thankfully, my position as an educator in hospitality industry allows me the opportunity to share both positive and negative examples customer service experiences. I will be sharing my experience with ACE Hardware - Kissimmee Four Corners, with everyone I have the opportunity tell. You have already lost my business and that of any family members, though my true goal will be to encourage non family members not to shop at ACE Hardware Stores.
