My husband went to Ace in SOHO. Ha asked if they had a mask available for customer usage. They said no and made it a big deal and told him he had to buy one, not cheap there either. I went into ace hardware myself later I. The week and an old man came in with no mask and asked if they had a one for him and he took it upon himself to reach behind the counter and take one. What is that? Be consistent, be respectful and be fair!!

I am writing this review about Camp Abbott Ace Hardware in Sunriver, Oregon. This is an amazing store with anything and everything you could want. There is a guy named Rich who works there and who is the most helpful, knowledgeable, and nicest guys you could ever want to meet. I just love going to that store and now will spend extra money there as opposed to driving in to town to go to Walmart for much cheaper. Awesome store, awesome Rich, awesome everything!

This is the first and the last time I will ever purchase anything from Ace Hardware. The customer service department is absolutely atrocious. There are no supervisors on hand that you can speak with when major complications occur. The website is a complete disaster area. Make a purchase somewhere else because ACE Hardware's customer service department is not interested in anything you have to say nor will they follow up on any ordeal you may be in as far as a purchase goes.

To do it yourselfer's out there like me, beware of Ace Hardware plumbing products. Absolute garbage, especially anything with a compression fitting. It is the cheapest made stuff and l will never install any more Ace Hardware plumbing products in my home. Cheap cheap drip drip. I now drive the extra half-hour to an actual plumbing store and buy my shut-offs and hoses.

Never buy from this store. I bought a cordless drill and it was supposed to be delivered in three days. The day of delivery, they changed it to a week later. That day has come and gone and still no delivery. I contacted customer service and they told me I could cancel it. Then, the hung up on me. ACE HARDWARE IS AN INCOMPETENT BUSINESS. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY.

Customer service 1-888 number is horrible. Sorry to tell you all you’re on your own.

One star is too many! I want to shout out to the owners and management at the Ace Hardware in Round Lake, IL. I brought my lawnmower to the RL service center last winter, had it serviced and stored it without gas until spring. I mowed the lawn 3 times since last week of April and the sparkplug fouled. I could not start the lawnmower. I called the Ace svc center and pleaded for a quick turnaround as I had already spent $90 to tune up the lawnmower. I was told it was a 2-3 week turnaround which is unacceptable during the spring and the message is that they do not in anyway warranty their work. Originally, when I called the customer service rep agreed that they possibly could accelerate this small repair and that I should bring the lawnmower in for service. When I arrived with the machine, I was informed that they could not move up the repair (even though it should have qualified as a warranty repair.) Why couldn't they tell me that on the phone in the first place? The customer service rep was basically taunting me with their policy and basically tuned out my request. This place is happy to give customers a hard time rather listen and try to help. The customer rep on the phone and the 2nd customer rep in the store gave me conflicting information that ended wasting my time for nothing. Shame on these guys! I have a rewards card and have been a loyal customer for 40 years. Very disappointing!

Thanks to Ace Hardware in Hillside, Greeley, CO. I can now write a book on the house key fiasco. I went in to have two copies made of a house key. Tried them out at the house. Didn't work. I took them back, the young man made a comment about them being a millimeter off. So rather than fix those two, he recut the original to match the ones that didn't work, so now none of them work. Not Happy!!
