WHAT A JOKE!! These people take orders they never fill, lie when you call them, hang up when you get angry. I ordered a typewriter, paid extra for "same day service", paid extra for 2nd day air because we desperately needed a typewriter. A week later we had a big nothing. I call, they say sorry we don't have that anymore. WHY DIDN'T YOU CALL ME THEN??? Anyway, they tell me they'll ship me a different machine, it will ship TODAY and I'll get a tracking number before the day is out and the machine tomorrow. Call at 3:30 the next day - haven't gotten any tracking information and no typewriter. Now he lies and says he never promised for the next day, it shipped SECOND day. I won't have until Friday. If I could wait for Friday I would have bought a Nakijima from Amazon!! Just no performance on their part; just lies, lies lies. STAY AWAY!

We checked out the items we wanted to order on their website. We were shipped something that was completely different that what we ordered. I have had nothing but trouble getting through to customer service to get the problem corrected. It is now going on 6 months and I still don't have a refund.

Horrible awful lying customer service. I was told I was getting a return label on a refurbished machine that was not working. It never came and when I called back they asked for the error code. I told them it was already packed and ready to go. They NEVER responded. I unpacked and sent them a video of the machine not even opening. It should have never been sent to anyone.

I ordered an electric typewriter on December 18th. It is now January 15th and the only thing I’ve heard from this company is this survey. I’ve emailed to inquire where my item is, and haven’t gotten a response. I called customer service and hung up after a fifteen minute hold message. This is truly the worst service from any company I’ve dealt with online EVER.

THIS BUSINESS SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN. THEY ARE DISHONEST AND NOT REPUTABLE! THEY RECEIVE RETURNS AND DENY THAT THEY RECEIVED THEM SO THEY DON'T HAVE TO GIVE REFUNDS. THERE ARE 1.000'S OF NEGATIVE REVIEWS ONLINE ABOUT THIS COMPANY. I ONLY WISH I CHECKED THEM OUT PRIOR TO ORDERING FROM THIS COMPANY. THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS ARE IN REFERENCE TO EVERYTHING FROM DEFECTED MERCHANDISE TO NOT GIVING REFUNDS WHEN REFUNDS ARE DUE TO THE INNOCENT CONSUMER!!!

Probably the worst company I’ve dealt with in a long time. The long and short of it is I ordered the correct part out of their website they sent me a replacement they said would work. It was not compatible. They said it was I said no it isn’t I called Royal Tech, and they said it was not compatible after 15 phone calls to this company I finally gave up on them. Stinking Customer service. Oh, and all the time somebody was supposed to call me back they never did.

Wasted no time in services and receiving my Electric Brother Typewriter.

It's a scam company. Please do NOT EVER buy anything from them. I ordered 2 cash registers in August 2019, until today I still don't receive them. And they refuse to refund my money!
