I placed an order for a case for my PT-1880 Label Maker which is 8.5" x 6.6" x 2.2" Website Description: "Brother CC3500 Hard Carrying Case (with photo) Price $27.99 + $20.82 Shipping ($48.81). Received an email to call them to confirm which Model of the label maker I had before they ship the case, I called them and verified the Model. I received the order via USPS, and could not believe what was sent. A huge brief case sized bag made by Cocoon which I could have purchased down the street from Wal-Mart for $19.95. Emailed Ace Depot. Received a reply with an RMA# to return the item which I was responsible for return shipping ($17.35) and a 25% restocking fee for the item and was advised to contact the manufacturer prior to returning the item. Which would put me over $17.00 in the hole with no product. So I did just that and not only is the Manufacturer out of stock, Ace Depot is not on their list of preferred/Authorized retailers.

Please NEVER order from this site it is a scam being investigated by the New Jersey Attorney General's office. I have been trying for over a year and a half to be refunded for an item that was back ordered and never shipped. The one that did ship I took the 3-5 year service and parts warranty for a price and when attempted to use, it is also a scam. Joe will give you the run around all day. I encourage all to file their claim with the NJ Attorney General's office Their case is building and need as many to come forward.

So my employer wanted a simple plain paper dedicated fax. I go online and find a good deal at Acedepot. "IN STOCK". A couple of days later when I get the OK to buy and check again "IN STOCK". I order it and the next day we get a telephone call. "So sorry, no stock but we can make you a deal on this fax/printer/copier/scanner for only $100 more." "No we never expect to get any more of those fax machines." While I am being told this I go on-line, there it is, the same fax machine "IN STOCK". We cancel and find the same machine on-line for about $5 less. Two days later, looking at the Acedepot web site, there it is, the same fax "IN STOCK". I wonder if the AG in NJ ever heard of a practice called "Bait & Switch"?

Slow delivery, ignored all attempts at communication. Product works fine.

Why not a choice for no stars. Would not recommend shopping here.

I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY NEVER AGAIN, I ORDERED A REGISTER, THEN THEY CALLED ME BACK SAYING THAT IT WAS DICONTINUED, SO THEY TOLD ME THEY HAD A BETTER 1 FOR 100+ MORE DOLLARS, THEN WHEN I GOT IT, IT DIDN'T DO WHAT I NEEDED IT FOR. SO I TRIED GETTING A RETURN LABEL BUT THEY KEPT GIVING ME THE RUNAROUND. SO I WENT AHEAD AND PAID FOR THE SHIPPING, THE COME TO FIND OUT, THEY NEVER CREDITED MY CREDIT CARD. WHATEVER YOU DO, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE A BUNCH OF THEIVES................

First of all, they charged $15 shipping for a 1-pound box, domestic ground. And then they never fulfilled the order. They sent to the wrong shipping address (after confirming by email that they would send to the right address). When package was returned for insufficient address, they kept my purchase price but made no effort for weeks to contact me or deliver the merchandise. When I contacted them, they told me they would charge another shipping fee to send it out again. (Did I mention they charged $15 shipping?) When I asked them to reship at their expense, since it had been their error, they stopped answering my emails. Ditto when I asked for a refund. Had to file a dispute with my credit card company to recover my money.

We ordered 2 typewriters. I paid for both plus the delivery charge. Over 2 months later, I have only received 1 and given the run around about the 2nd one. It still has not been shipped, nor have we been reimbursed.
