I wish i could give 0 stars, never buy with them. i purchased a very small prepaid card of 10 dollars. every single website declined it. next day my login stopped working! i want a working 10 dollars card now.

-100000 beyond bad Ok so it was my own money to start with and some idiot at the power company decided that all deposits returned are on this card they send you,…. But you cannot use it for literally ANYTHING BUT THEY ARE GUARANTEED TO SELL SLL YOUR DATA!!including personal information so if it’s ever an option not to use this card or company RUN AWAY FROM IT FAST SS YOU CAN!!

1 Star is too high for this company , seriously stay away from them , they want all my personal info just for a card of 10€ , none of other companies that work with prepaid cards ask except this one and also the costumer support is basically non existent

Such a waste of time communicating with agents they don’t even respond to you properly and abruptly disconnects while speaking. All virtual cards and physical cards will be blocked surely to security reasons for sometime. We need to login and ask them to unblock I don’t believe why corporate companies still work with these people.

Absolute worst payment platform in existence. My auto lender used Onbe to issue a $4,771.47 refund. On May 28, 2026, I initiated a transfer to my bank account Onbe's system glitched and sent my entire refund to an unknown bank account . My actual bank confirmed the funds never arrived. Onbe gave me a blind ACH trace number and told me to figure it out myself. They refuse to initiate an ACH recall or issue a physical check. It has been over a month, and they are withholding my money. I have been forced to file a police report and a federal CFPB complaint against this incompetent company. Avoid any merchant that uses Onbe.

Beware - it's a scam! Good thing I read reviews before registering. They collect all of your personal data, handle it using the USA laws and then block you from accessing fund unless you scan a QR code. Scanning the QR code on a PC is impossible, it just re-opens the same page. Stay well away. Thankfully, I haven't got much funds - hope they enjoy it, thieving rascals.

This company is TRASH!!! I have fraudulent transactions happen to my account when I filed the dispute they said said they found no error! Would not provide me with the information they used, it’s terrible trusting a company with your money that has no concern for you
