This is the most criminal day light robbers in the industry. Together with the utility companies that releases refunds on their accounts. My experience is just like other users here. I am shocked they are still in business. What a crooked society!

The worst customer service you could imagine. The bot is talking to you and after it doesn't have solution to any problem gives you to an un existing agent, who will just ask you to repeat every detail you already said 100 times and than put you to wait for 24 hours for the answer. Answer never comes. Not in 24, 48, 72 hours, not in 72 days. If you ask again you go from beginning into new circle. same scenario. Just endlessly getting your data, never helping.

This site is a scam tell me how I went to claim what id won, kept telling me my passcode was out of time despite been valid for 10 mins tried over 15 times then went to try signing in on main site telling me my password is incorrect erm no its not so went thru security to be given a totally different email to mine n have my fresh account login passcode sent to then told my email needs updating!!! Ive been playing on your site for 9 days total scammers taking identification etc dont use this app/site total fraud !!!!!

just to provide some balance to most other reviews here, i get these through my employer and I've never had any issue whatsoever, i put them on google wallet and spend the balance in shops without any problem...

I have a prepaid credit card managed by MypaymentVault that will expire on Monday coming, Aug 31/26. Since Aug 25/26 I was told repeatedly by eBay Canada that they had credited a full refund to this expiring soon prepaid credit card that has so many user unfriendly features such as having an expiry date, incapable of fund loading, fund cannot be transferred to another similar prepaid credit card within or beyond MypaymentVault system, and so on. I do not understand & see no justification why in today's near 100% all high tech, auto this and electronic that business environment that it is TAKING DAYS FOR A SIMPLE & STRAIGHT-FORWARD REFUND THAT I STILL NOT RECEIVE ! I FEEL THAT MYPAYMENTVAULT AND EBAY CANADA BOTH JUST WANTED TO TAKE MY NOT COMING AT ALL REFUND MONEY FOR NOTHING BY IGNORING MY STOP CANCEL REQUESTS AT EBAY CANADA & THE SELLER CONCERNED THEN DRAGGING AND NOT GIVING ME BACK MY FULL REFUND WITHIN A FAIR AND REASONABLE TIME FRAME SINCE AUG 25/26 !!!!!!!

I honestly don't understand the purpose of this card. I have tried to use it for legitimate purchases, including buying a ticket online, and the transactions simply do not go through. A prepaid card should be usable for normal purchases, especially online. Instead, you receive a card with money on it but apparently cannot use it when you actually need it. What is the point of issuing a payment card that is repeatedly declined? I have tried making online transactions and have been unable to complete them. This has been extremely frustrating and a complete waste of time. I would strongly advise anyone considering a MyPaymentVault card to think twice. A payment card that cannot be used for ordinary transactions is essentially useless.
