If I could give zero stars, I would. This company is a nightmare! Even tho there were more than enough funds available, it would decline my purchases. Embarrassing. When I try to reach out to customer service, it's basically non-existent. I tried chatting and it would log me out as soon as I get a live agent. Idk how companies like this stay in business. Horrible all around.

Do not get this card—it is the worst payment method I have ever used. To start, the card expires in just six months. On top of that, their customer service is terrible; I tried reaching them for two days without success. To make matters worse, I was told my remaining funds were forfeited. They are essentially stealing people's money.

Zero Stars 5 phone numbers NONE of them connect to an agent. You will be on hold forever and will NEVER speak with an agent. Why did my employer partner with this SCAM company? My direct deposit didn't happen, they are no longer Vault they are now called Vault plus. Still no direct deposit, just a card that doesnt activate and a pending payment I HAVEN'T received. AVOID THIS COMPANY AND LET HR KNOW ITS A HARD PASS.

Absolute robbery on fees and they seem to be changing for the worse. I donate at biolife and I know someone who doesn't receive fees when transferring to his bank... why are there literally no options for no fees... Also the fact they charge you when your payment card expires... come guys...

Zero stars! I don't know why my company uses them. We went from using Prepaid Digital Solutions to this atrocity of a company. My card expired and they mailed it out to an old address. Trying to update my address is taking an act of Congress! I can't get anyone on the phone. The phone line only has an automated AI bot. They have been communicating with me via email but it's been a major pain in the butt. They sent 3 emails asking me to provide the same information each time. They then emailed that they have to "escalate it" and will get back with me in 2-3 days on a "decision." A decision on what? I need a simple address change and to have a card sent to the correct address. Why is that so darn hard?!

A bad as you would expect. I wish I had read the reviews prior to redeeming my company reward points through this system as it is nothing but a SCAM. The card does not work for UK, cannot be added to Apple Pay and the support I received was disgraceful. The agent looked up in the big book of excuses, copied it to the chat then hung up. And did so TWICE!. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!

This company is the kind that Dolly Parton would not approve of as it's immoral, is not treating people with kindness, and is greedy/selfish. All the wrong values with agents that will disconnect if you express your opinion. I'm a firm believer in spiritual Karma though, so I'm not too worried on it. Whatever you do, tell other companies (like ATT) you refuse to work with this company.
