Abt ElectronicsReviews of abt.com

It was my first time working with ABT, and with a large volume order, we all have our reservations and expectations when working with a vendor for the first time. I worked with Marc Spiwak, who is a consummate professional and was a pleasure to work with over the past few weeks. Mark was prompt with his communication and response time, and kept me informed throughout the entire sales and fulfillment process. Our expeditious timeframe for order and fulfillment was achieved, and with minor delays in shipping-given the current pandemic landscape, Mark managed the logistics aspect of our order with clear, concise and honest communication, to include going above and beyond to ensure our delivery time was met. I will, without a doubt, use ABT and Mark Spiwak again in the future when sourcing electronic needs for my clients.

Carlos and Marco were very friendly, professional and courteous. They delivered my appliances and it was a breeze. Highly recommend them!

Knowledgeable, not pushy sales people, and professional installers. Keep up the good works and Amazon can't touch you.

Ordering and delivery process was fast and smooth with no hiccups and the price for my electronics was one of the best online. I have ordered high end appliances in the past with smooth delivery and great pricing. Highly recommend this company.

Holy cow! Super impressed! I ordered a voice modem at 11 AM and had it delivered to my house by 5 PM. I was in the backyard when the delivering was made - the driver called to let me know he had dropped off the package. I would certainly recommend Abt, and will definitely look to buy from them first for my electronic needs.

The delivery crew was fantastic - great work, careful not to damage the floor, polite, friendly, answered all our questions. I also really liked the text message that allowed me to see how many deliveries were before mine.

Abt is the premiere appliance store in Northern Illinois, the North Central States, and possibly the U.S. NO ONE is more honest and trustworthy. We have made all of our appliance purchases from the Abt family for well over fifty years and all our electronics purchases since Abt started selling them. The only weaknesses in the business are that it has trouble hiring enough trained service personnel and scheduling timely service calls during holidays and other periods of high demand.

First time customer of Abt. Absolutely first rate operation. Ordering process was simple, attention to and followup of my order was perfect. The delivery process was seamless and OUTSTANDING! Abt will get my next appliance order.
