Very professional, fast and courteous!!

Great delivery service, Im grateful for a successful delivery and great customer service. Everything came as promised.

The delivery people from ABT Electronics did a great job removing the old washing machine and installing the new one. They checked for leaks and had a harder time making sure the machine was balanced,. After going to the truck they solved the problem with an extra board under the back leg. They wore masks and were very professional.

The two experts that did our installation were absolutely wonderful. They called ahead so I knew when to expect them, were professional and courteous, consistently took safety measures with masks/shoe coverings, and even helped us resolve an issue that came up with our installation order. They did a thorough, thoughtful job installing our A/C units, and we could not be happier. We will work with Abt again largely because of this experience.

Delivery was just a tad bit longer than I expected, but I think that's just my excitement at my first package coming to my new home. Shipping department did an excellent job at protecting our new microwave! I don't think I've ever seen such great packaging. I purchased from the ABT outlet. The microwave was advertised as having a dent, pictures included. When I received it, I looked all over for damage. I finally found the minimal dent. It is almost unnoticable and definitely does not affect the workings of the microwave. My microwave works well and looks great in our kitchen. Thanks ABT for great service at a great price!

We were having difficulties getting this microwave from local retailers and getting very frustrated since it was delaying the completion of our kit project. My husband searched the internet and found ABT. The price was the same as local retailers and shipping was free. Our microwave arrived in two days in perfect condition. Thank you so much!

Can never go wrong with Abt! They're always on time and get the job done competantly and efficiently. They're a well-oiled machine and know their product! I recommend them highly!

Our salesman was 150% fabulous! He answered all my questions, yet did not hover. He listened and was extremely knowledgeable. He was even able to get me 4 day delivery, since get knew my refrigerator had died that morning. Only problem, delivery would not hook up water/ice machine, due to my copper tubing is in the floor, and my basement ceiling is finished. Otherwise, the delivery service was excellent also. I plan to return in six months to purchase, range, microwave, and dishwasher.
