We were without a dryer for a month, waiting for one to come in from another company. Called Abt, they had the dryer we wanted, matched the price and the delivery and set up was flawless. All the way around, it was an excellent experience. Moving forward, they will be out "go to" appliance store.

Since my review, Abt Service Manager contacted me and discussed my experience which I appreciate very much. This is more in line with my Abt experience over the years. I've had good experience with Abt over many years but my most recent experience with an appliance repair is very disappointing. After an initial visit to diagnose the problem and ordering parts Abt scheduled an appointment. I waited for the service person, they canceled midday and I was told the parts are on their truck so can't transfer to another tech, the next appointment same again, the next appointment they showed up with no parts. I was then told the parts hadn't arrived and they had to reschedule again. When I asked what about the 3 days I had to wait for the service appointment I was asked what I wanted Abt to do about it. I then got a promise for 20% off the service charge. No apology, no 'sorry for all the time you wasted on our mistakes', it was more like anger at me for being upset about it. Very disappointing for a company who claims their service is a differentiator in a competitive market here in Chicago.

Outstanding experience with purchase and delivery. They not only did a price match for me but delivery was exactly as they promised.

My delivery went very smooth...the delivery drivers were very friendly, professional and courteous. The Freezer is nice and spacious however the manufacture did not install the freezer light properly but the installers was able to put another screw in it to hold it in place. Overall we are very pleased with ABT.

Phil was great. We are closing on another rental property later this month and plan on buying from him again
