This company became worst appliances supplier in Chicago, very unprofessional delivery and customer service . They NEVER call back, hold time to reach useless customer service is long enough to prep dinner , eat and go for a walk .

The oven rack I ordered was the brand and type of rack just as described. However, it was less expensive than buying it directly from the manufacturer or a big box store. Shipping was free and fast. I will look to Abt again for items I need.
