Five-Star Service, Obviously: A Masterclass in Selling Used Appliances at New Prices" In December 2025, I purchased two washers and dryers. One malfunctioned four times; the other, twice. One was replaced. Hundreds of hours were sacrificed to calls and technicians. In January 2026, I bought a two-door refrigerator. It is deceased. The technician arrived yelling profanities at my door—I have the video. That, apparently, is their standard of professionalism. I was compelled to discard my food, as the store saw fit to communicate nothing. I have called repeatedly, at considerable personal cost, only to receive a fresh version of events with each attempt—from the maintenance man to the manager, no answer was to be found. finally I reached someone on Friday, they will fix my broken refurbished refrigerator in a month!!!! The drama continues, for they simply do not care. Three new appliances, broken within two and six months respectively. My conclusion: they sell used, refurbished, or returned goods. This is a scam store. Rather than having customers wait months for a part, they should do the decent thing and honor a replacement for these used appliances. Stay away—nay, flee—from this nightmare they will gladly install you in.
