Abt ElectronicsReviews of abt.com

Abt is the best electronic store I’ve ever seen. Great prices, great products and excellent customer service.

Great service, order security and shipping

I choose to buy at ABT because the installation service is excellent, and this time was done excellent as well, these guys are always well prepare with everything they need to install the appliance, they even place an electric box to plug the dishwasher, impressive, they need 10 starts.

Your website made it easy to find the exact fan I was looking for. Your shipping updates were helpful and the delivery was on time. Great Job!

Everything from the time of placing my order to delivery and installation went perfectly fine. The delivery/installation personnel were safe, courteous, professional and efficient and I was well satisfied with the overall experience.

We purchased a dishwasher, range and refrigerator at ABT Appliances. I purchased the dishwasher online after consulting with Michael Velasco. He worked with me on pricing and delivery. We decided that we needed to get a range and refrigerator to complete our remodel and we decided to go to their showroom. Amazing!! The sales staff there was very helpful and accommodating with pricing. Delivery was also very professional. Workers took care of not just the appliances but with the new flooring we had just put in. Definitely recommend ABT.

ABT was the most pleasant online shopping experience I have had. I found availability where everyone else was out of stock. ABT price was lower than out of stock prices at the national big box stores. Shipping was fast and free. Perhaps, best of all, was that they used UPS for shipping. I knew that my shipment would arrive on time and undamaged.

I was thrilled that Abt had the microwave oven I was looking for in stock (I couldn't find it locally or online at other sellers without a 6-8 week delivery estimate, it any). It was the same price with free shipping and arrived across the country from Illinois six days after the order, a day earlier than expected. This exceeded my expectations.
