Abt ElectronicsReviews of abt.com

Love love love the tracker app! Great idea. Migueli and Edwin in truck #2080 took my stuff from another truck that was running behind. They delivered earlier than expected and took in/out a stove and fridge through a vintage Hyde Park high rise building with 20 stairs down into the basement, tight corners and an ancient freight elevator. They were considerate about moving the truck to let one-way traffic out of the alley. They were pleasant, professional, patient and strong, and whatever you're paying them should be doubled for what they went through today. I have shopped other places and come back to Abt. They are simply the best.

The process was fast, clean and courteous. This was my first time ordering from Abt and it was a great experience. I would definitely come back and order once again.

I have been recurring customer for abt since 2001. Super fast shipping & stellar packaging !!!

Had a washer and gas dryer installed. 5 days after installation we noticed a smell in the room. Turns out there was a gas leak. We called the gas company and their person who came out stated that the installation was poor, that they used the wrong connectors. Very poor and potentially dangerous job. When I called ABT about this, no one was able to come out immediately to fix it and now am left with a non working dryer for days

I'm very happy with my purchase and the delivery. The price was good too! I ordered on Sunday and received tracking information on Monday!

Purchased our Wolf Mixer for Our Son & Daughter in-law for a Christmas Gift.

I've been a customer for over 30 years, long before they located in Glenview. I trust their products. More important, they have the best customer service. The installers and repair people go out of their way to make sure the customer is satisfied before leaving. I carefully measured room for the a new refrigerator door to open, but the one I purchased was taller than the wall cabinet. When I told them to remove it and they did so with no hesitation. I've had minor problems with other appliances which were either quickly solved, or extra measures taken to take care of my concern. Each repair person was kind and willing to help in any way possible. I was grateful when they were still available during the spring quarantine. With the first 2 weeks, 2 appliances needed parts replaced. Service was still quick and problems solved. I've even purchased a couch from them instead of Lazy Boy. I don't trust anyplace else to purchase good, quality merchandise for my home.
