Travis and his partner Jose did an outstanding job. They arrived before the scheduled time 9:15 instead of 10:00 which was excellent. They followed my modified instructions to park in the alley behind the house to bring in the appliances through the wide rear gate which had a straight shot to my kitchen. They both were efficient in terms of timing. Travis and Jose were pleasant and respectful of my brand new kitchen. After installation they cleaned the appliances so they were sparkling. Then Travis gave me a short tutorial on how each of the 5 appliances operate. Overall if there ware the option of 6 stars, I would give it to them!

Received my order promptly. Was very well packaged. Arrived in great shape.

There was a slight hiccup and confusion in activating and using the account I was approved for online - Thankfully, your team did not give up and Robert Holland would not quit until he and his team figured it out and ensured the purchase was secured and shipping time set.

I am very frustrated with the customer service aspect of this company. I have been dealing with my ice machine for our subzero fridge not working due to a valve needing to be replaced. 2 times they have brought the wrong part and have to reorder the correct part again, which is delaying the whole process. It has been at least 2.5 months this issue has not been resolved. Its not the fact about how long it takes the parts to come in but the fact that they technicians are given the wrong parts continuously causing us having to go out and by our own ice and take time away from work to make sure we are available for when the techs come out. I asked to see if we could be compensated some how with a gift card or credit and was informed they do not do that and even asked to speak with a manager about and was given the same answer. At this point I am disappointed. I really did like this company but they don't seem to have the same values when it comes to servicing once you buy!

Absolutely loved it. Delivery guys were very professional and called to let us know their arrival time. Installed, leveled and tested our refrigerator. Explained in detail about the fridge. Thank you Abt for great customer service.

This is our 2nd appliance purchase from ABT. Both have been great. Although we haven't installed the microwave yet, it was readily available(a thing these days!) priced well and delivered very quickly.
