I back ordered a Yamaha RX-A3080 Receiver from a reputable online business and had waited for months for it to arrive. After waiting 3 months, I decided to do an online search to see if I could find a business that had one in stock. Surprisingly, Abt Electronics had one...only one...in stock. I chatted with them via their website and asked the representative to physically check to ensure that, 1) They actually had it in stock, and 2) That it is brand new. He happily took the time to check and confirmed that yes, they had one more in stock and it was in its unopened original box. That was last week. I received it today, and as promised, it's brand new. I couldn't be happier with the service and promptness of dealing with Abt Electronics. I've ordered from them in the past and will continue to order from them in the future for my electronics needs.

Ordered a new microwave to replace the 5 year old one that crapped out. The door wouldn’t latch, light wouldn’t go on, and it wouldn’t cook. The “new” one ABT shipped had the exact same problems right out of the box. Requested a return, didn’t hear anything back for days so I took care of it with the manufacturer. The new microwave they sent was packed much better, had plastic wrap all over, with tape here, styrofoam in tact, etc. The one from ABT didn’t have any of that. Tells me they shipped me a used/ defective unit. Will never buy from them again.

U guys rock. I am so impressed with your overall operation. I was told that I'd receive a text giving me the delivery window. I received the text as promised & it told me that my window was between 12 & 3 PM. Having had ridiculous promises made with delivery times before (not ABT) I took it with a grain of salt & prepared to spend my whole day hanging out in the vicinity of the rental & expecting a follow up text telling me the delivery would be between 4 & 7PM. To my surprise I received a call @ 1145AM from the delivery men telling me they'd be there in 10 minutes. I had to dash out of my house & speed all the way there since I live 15 minutes away from the rental. We were in & out of there by 1205. I was home in time for my ZOOM Yoga class. In my haste I had forgotten to grab some cash for the delivery people so I drove over to ABT that PM & left an envelope for them @ customer service. I was SO impressed with the guy at the door taking temperatures!! THANKS

Very pleased with their inventory and shipping. The item was in stock, shipped quickly, and even double-boxed. A great experience and I will shop here again.

I read some bad reviews elsewhere, but ABT was the only place with my item in stock and offered free shipping as well, so I figured I'd give it a shot. Glad I did! Right item, shipped fast (and via freight given it's size whereas another company sent me a similarly sized/weighted item via FedEx, yikes!), and has been perfect so far. I'm very confused by the experiences some others have had, but my experience was perfect.

Gavin and his collogue were very professional. He called 45 minutes before his arrival to give me time to drive into the city and arrived on-time. I appreciate all their hard work to ensure my tenant had a new refrigerator/freezer. Thank you so much!
