Abt ElectronicsReviews of abt.com

You can buy product from any retailer but I come back to Abt because of Shawn on the sales staff and the great installers like David who nstalled my Kitchenaid microwave.

I have come to expect the best from Abt, especially in the areas of delivery, installation and post-sale service (warranty). Once again, you've succeeded. So much so that I put price as an almost secondary consideration. You are almost always worth more than the price.

Voula Ballas is by far the best sales person I have dealt with as an adult with real house needs both planned and unplanned. Thinking of upgrading kitchen, call Voula! Have a sump pump and water heater emergency, call Voula! I actually feel lucky that I am a repeat customer. Almost feels like I have an in with a celebrity. She even follows up with calls to make sure we are using our appliances to the fullest! And EVERY delivery and install we have had (which is many) has been professional, courteous and on time.

Abt is FIRST CLASS!!

The delivery guys arrived early. I was home to accommodate. The entire process was smooth and without incident. Great communication as always. I appreciate abt employees professionalism and attention to detail.

Delivery on time. Courteous drivers. Very happy. 1st time I've ordered from you. I'm still impressed with the online chat as person was so helpful in answering questions, finding solution and even went the extra step of taking order.

I found the brand and model microwave oven I wanted at a very reasonable and competitive price. Great selection of quality merchandise, site was easy to navigate and shop. Their communication was excellent and they offered fast shipping and delivery. ABT Electronics is my go to site whenever I make any future purchases. You cant trust ABT Electronics, you can't go wrong!

Mike & Petrus did an outstanding job. It involved old & new refrigerators, a narrow doorway & a basement staircase. They handled it both quickly and professionally. We were very pleased and told them so.
