Abt ElectronicsReviews of abt.com

Chris and Marcos are pros and they are meticulous as can be to make sure nothing gets bumped or damaged when bringing in appliances. They understand that home inspectors will want the anti tip bracket installed on the stove and they use stainless steel braided hoses for water lines. They also told me they are using fire retardant flexible tubing for dryers that is comparable to a sheet metal rigid exhaust venting. They are good guys and you can tell they take pride in their work. On the sales side George Mavraganis always takes good care of me and my real estate clients. Thank you ABT.

My order with ABT was excellent. Everything arrived on time and was in perfect condition. I would recommend anyone to shop with them

Redid my kitchen and bought all my appliances from ABT - high-end refrigerator, builtin oven stove top, oven hood, microwave and dishwasher. This was a year ago...I had to replace my fridge 2x, and now my Thermadore oven is faulty and someone just came out today to replace the motherboard and left without my oven working so now I have to wait again at least a week before someone else can come out - I was told by 2customer service people and a technician that I shouldn’t use the self-clean mode on the oven “bc this sort of thing happens ...”so why would a rep sell me an oven like that knowing the self-clean mode is faulty? I am not happy about that - I’m very disappointed with ABT. My mother had a similar situation with her washing machine - 3x she had to replace her washer in one month- that’s appalling. In the past year I’ve heard poor feedback but now I’ve experienced it. I will never buy another item from ABT again.

Ordered a full Kitchen Appliance set on January 21st, Called and asked if they could ship the appliances they had in inventory first and they did. Got the fridge and dishwasher within a month or so. It will be 3 months before I get my stove and microwave because they are coming together. I know appliances are in high demand right now, but I never received an update and I called what felt like once a week to pull an update from a service rep and it felt like I was getting run down a line. First it was: we're waiting to have the manufacturer ship it, then it became: we're waiting for the dropshipping company to update the order, now i'm waiting for it to get to the local hub AND THEN they'll call to schedule a delivery. If they would've told me from the start i would've moved into my new home and waited 2 months to cook a meal in it, I would've asked for a refund right there, or better yet just not bought from them. Don't dropship with these guys because they won't provide you an update. And don't order from them if they can't provide you an actual delivery date, because then they'll just waste your time telling you it's on it's way when it's clearly not.

Thank you very much for the great service as always! You guys are absolutely great both in customer service and delivery! My special thanks to Rob for going above and beyond while installing a new Garbage Disposal for us. I feel great knowing that I can always count on you guys, and you are definitely my First Go To place anytime I need appliances or electronics! God Bless! :)

My delivery servicemen were awesome. They were quick, connected everything without issues and was able to demo the range for us. They should be promoted to management to teach other true customer service.

I tried to buy a product through Synchrony Credit Card and then I received an email indicating I have to call them for a verification purpose. I did called them and I talked to the most rude person in the world, uncooperative and one single word answer for each question which is “ We can’t process it for you” I even tried to understand what is the issue so I can work to fix it, but they didn’t tell me. I called my bank and then returned to them, there were a man and he was gentle told me what’s going on. Then I returned and the same girl answered the call and literally, she told me “ I told you it will not go through, this is your third call, don't call again because we will not receive your call we have other customers, etc, super rude, uncooperative, doesn't know how to talk to people, probably there is discrimination based on my accent ... even more. PS: Their transaction did go through and they hold the funds out of my account Thumb down not anymore Abt!

Ryan in bedding sales was patient, knowledgeable, and not-pushy.... excellent! Delivery was on time, courteous, and efficient. All in all a wonderful customer experience.
