I ordered a $1000+ camera lens from this company. This was my first order and I was extremely satisfied. I paid overnight shipping and everything was processed quickly. My biggest worry for any fragile, expensive item is shipping. ABT packaged this lens perfectly that could withstand almost any physical abuse couriers such as UPS/FEDEX love to provide. I certainly look forward to using this company again.

Received a damaged window A/C unit that had apparently been dropped. Guess it was the last one in stock and Abt rolled the dice and delivered it to me..... The warped cabinet and the hideous sound the compressor and fan make on start up speaks volumes.... Of course the replacement unit was on back order for a couple of weeks.... Well, the replacements are in, I am contemplating on picking up unit myself versus waiting another couple of weeks for delivery exchange only to get another "last one in stock" that may have been damaged as well.....

I had searched for a quality product. I found that product at ABT for a lesser price than all the other companies. I had almost brought from another company until I saw your AD. Thank You.
