I am very happy and grateful for the services received by Mathew and Abroc. Mathew was absolutely wonderful and hardworking to make sure not only my car but the belongings in it make it to my new location. There had been a lot of back and forth between getting it scheduled. Not only was Mathew patient in having to keep checking because my plans had changed often but he was also able to find an affordable way to make my move a success. There had been some hiccups in finding the right person to transport my car, but through his diligence and all star customer service he was able to get it fixed. It is a huge relief and I'm very grateful for what he was able to do for me. Thank you Mathew, because of your word work I will recommend you and Abroc to others for shipping needs.

These guys basically are all following the same script. They transported a vehicle just like yours recently for a low price to bait you in which was expected. Price doubled once a driver was found which was also expected but since paying the initial charges for dispatch and a reservation on the trailer, I haven't heard anything. My vehicle was picked up today which is a Saturday remind you I repeatedly stated I could wait till Monday and I was in no rush. I hadn't heard anything today related to the pickup which was dont around 12. I had to reach out to my dispatcher about 2:00 who said they were off today which has nothing to do with the service I was told I'd receive which was suppose to include pics of pickup and tracking. They chose to schedule the pickup today on a Saturday. I then sent a response text and asked about the tracking (which was included in the price) and still haven't received a response as of 7:33 while I write this. Terrible service I buy a lot of cars and would not recommend this company and definitely won't use again in the future. Luckily I actually had a great salesman at the car lot who has provided more info than this company has about the shipping.

Matthew Brown did a wonderful job trying to find me the price I wanted. I gave him 1 month window and despite the weather influencing price hikes, he did a great job. He kept me updated every step of the way and communicated very well. The process was smooth and easy.

I couldn’t have asked for more from a service company. Frank Miller helped find the truck to ship out vehicle and kept us informed every step of the way. He even answered a text on a Sunday night. Thanks again Frank

Original quote was $395, had other companies low balling between $200 - $300 but went with Abroc as reviews were decent. Was informed by Frank that he had shipped a car on this route earlier and was confident that would be the price. Then when vehicle was ready to be collected the price was $800, $400 of which went to Abroc. Interesting eh, so how could they have charged me $395 when their cut was $400, with the remaining $400 to be paid to the driver upon delivery. Frank said he had strongly pushed back on this price but slots were scarce at this time of year (late February). I foolishly agreed to this price hike as I needed my vehicle to be collected. Communication through the entire pick up and delivery process was extremely poor, no sorry non existent, unless I prompted. I was promised a Bill of Lading but never received one. Car was due to be delivered in the morning but finally showed up at 7pm. The following day I contacted Frank and expressed my displeasure about the price hike and he responded by basically saying that I should have pushed back and asked him go negotiate further. Presumably if I had asked this Abroc would have reduced their charge? Lesson learned I guess. Therefore, if you use Abroc, or presumably any other transportation broker, push back on the final price, which will inevitably be higher than the original quote provided and hopefully they will reduce their broker cut. I am giving 2 stars rather than 1 because, although late, I did get my car on the day Frank said it would be delivered.
