Great services and Evan Adams the rep was very quick serving our need to connect the driver to transport our car from CA to NC. The driver who picked up our car did a very professional job. Will use their services again and recommended it.

I have had a very frustrating experience. I signed a contract to have my car shipped interstate on 12/15 at a set quote and promised p/u and delivery date. This first quote and delivery date was not honored. We then came to another agreement which involved raising the price and pushing back the date. I was then told after them still not delivering my car that it was harder to obtain a driver around the holidays and for this particular route, which was not disclosed to me before I signed the contract. Nor was it in the contract. The price kept increasing and the date kept being pushed back. I’m also having to pay for a rental longer than I expected due to this company and frank not being able to follow through with my delivery. Today is now day 12 that they keep saying they are working on it or have allegedly found another driver but want almost triple what was agreed on. I even told frank that I wanted my deposit back if he could not meet having a driver by the 29th at the price agreed on and he agreed. Now that the time is past once more he is throwing in my face about the signed contract etc. I understand the contract. I also understand that this company has not followed through on their end with delivery and keep increasing the rate. So, what can you do to resolve this issue? I also have copies of communication and contract. At this point I just want my deposit back since we no longer want to have our car shipped after going through this experience.

Luis has been great! He’s been reachable the entire time even through hiccups. He has found away to finish the job. I was skeptical about the process at the beginning but Luis ensured me through the process!
