DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM! SCAM!!!! We reserved a booking for a truck transport and first we were told that a driver would get dispatched the day before , that DIDNT HAPPEN! We tried to be flexible with dates and still no driver dispatched. In the contract you sign it states the $250 deposit is refundable if no driver can be found. LIE! We have been reaching out to the company for more than 2 weeks and have yet to get an answer/ call back/ or response! They stole our $250 deposit and ghosted after they STILL have yet to find a driver! Save yourself the headache and DO NOT WORK WITH THEM!!

Complete scam artists. Was initially quoted $197 and then when I tried to schedule it went up to almost $500. I told the contact I was communicating with, Frank, that price was too high and wasn't interested. He told me he could get the original price and to send my $50 deposit. He then told me it would be just under $600! When I told him that was too high he stopped responding. I got a response message that he had been sick, then I got an excuse that their Zelle account wasn't working, then that same cycle repeated and then I was offered store credit, which I declined. I've left multiple messages at the main office but nobody answers or returns my calls. This has been going on for months now. Update: I was contacted the day after posting my review by the manager, saying the agent I was working with had been in a car accident 2 weeks prior and that's why I hadn't heard back. He asked me to take my review down bc it would be bad for business. He told me I'd have my refund that night. No refund that night, or the next night, but it did arrive late the following day... Along with multiple calls and texts asking me to remove my review since I got my money back. I want people to know my experience so I'm not taking it down. I got emails from this review site informing me that Abroc accused me of defamation, then a follow up saying they didn't see any evidence of that. Then more emails requesting information and more calls and texts requesting I take the review down. My initial attempt to utilize services was in January and I am still dealing with this in June, with no service rendered. This has been such a complete headache and nightmare situation..... I would 100% urge you to stay away from Abroc Enterprises!
