Overall, I was very satisfied with the transportation service from Las Vegas to Utah. The communication and coordination were good, and Henry was helpful, responsive, and professional throughout the process. I found some cheaper options, but I chose ABROC because of their portfolio, reputation, and online reviews. Of the reliable quotes I received, ABROC offered the best combination of price and reliability. The only issue that caught me off guard was the price increase. I wasn’t expecting the quoted price to change, especially after being told there were no hidden charges, so that was a little disappointing. However, Henry explained the reason for the increase, considering that I needed to transport the vehicle on very short notice. Importantly, Henry did not pressure or force me to accept the higher price. He gave me the option to wait for another service that could provide transportation closer to the original quoted price. Aside from the unexpected price adjustment, the overall experience was smooth, and I was happy with the service. I appreciate Henry’s help and professionalism and would consider using ABROC again. My only recommendation would be to clearly explain any potential price changes upfront so customers know exactly what to expect.

Jacob was kind and respectful in communication and always responded. However, the quote and pricing was very misleading. I knew it would be more than the quoted price BUT I ended up paying two and half TIMES more than the original quote. He stated he didn't know prices were so high, but he deals with drivers, quotes, and final prices every day. It took almost two months for the whole process because of the pricing.
