Great to work with. Had to schedule a last minute transport and Chris was great. We were able to locate a transport that worked with my schedule. Definitely would use them again. You know their good when they have to back off a brand new 2026 Lambo off to pull my car off!

Jacob Bruce was extremely unhelpful, slightly impatient, and CLEARLY typing from a script to get more money out of us. The price went from $265 to $350 because apparently the driver (who spoke not a lick of English once I finally met him in person) said “availability on this route is limited right now, and this is currently one of the best rates available because other companies are offering drivers even higher amounts.” I declined at first and he came back to me with the same offer but “different” driver but gave the EXACT same wording. Once I agreed, the driver didn’t come when Jacob said he would and when I asked for Jacob to try and get in contact with him, he didn’t respond back until the next day. Mind you, $200 had already been given at this point. Ultimately, the car ended up being delivered the next day @ 10 pm, but it was supposed to be delivered the previous day @ 6 pm. Terrible service and completely unprofessional.

We take all customer feedback seriously, however this review contains several misleading and one-sided claims that do not reflect how the shipment process actually works. First, the pricing provided at booking is an **estimated carrier quote based on current market conditions and availability at the time of dispatch**. In auto transport, rates can and do change depending on real-time carrier supply, route demand, and fuel/logistics conditions. This is standard across the industry and not an arbitrary price increase. Second, delays in pickup or delivery can occur in **road transport operations due to carrier routing, scheduling adjustments, and prior delivery commitments**. These factors are outside of brokerage control and are common within the industry as a whole. We always work to minimize delays and keep customers informed throughout the process. Third, communication updates are provided as quickly as carriers respond to us. We acknowledge that delays in communication can be frustrating, and we continuously work to improve response times and coordination. We are committed to transparency and professional service, but we will not validate inaccurate statements about how industry-standard pricing and logistics work. If you would like to discuss this shipment constructively, we remain open to doing so directly.

Frank with Abroc was amazing ,with helping facilitate a delivery from Colorado to Florida. I tried a couple of different companies and they seemed to be giving me the runaround. He was extremely informative, efficient and professional as was the driver he scheduled .I would highly recommend utilizing this vehicle travel company.
