AB Jewelry is poor quality and looks cheap
AB Jewelry is poor quality and looks cheap. The nail bracelet is HARD to open. The “gold” looks like cheap brass. I reached out to get refund. They DO NOT adhere to their return policy so beware if you order. UPDATE: AB Jewelry reached out to me to offer a 20% discount on cheap jewelry I will never want to purchase again. Or I could keep the jewelry and get a 10% refund which would be a grand total of $4. I asked for the refund because I will never order from them again. Order at your own risk.

Sophie, Customer Service, is top notch!
I had an issue with the Buy One Get One Free promotion. After stating my displeasure to Customer Service, Sophie took control of the situation, figured out a solution that I would be happy with, and the issue was resolved! Sophie was courteous, knowledgeable and patient with me. I was extremely impressed by Sophie. She came up with a resolution that I didn't even know that I would be happy with! It was apparent that having a happy customer was important to Sophie, which is the greatest feeling for a new customer! I would gladly make another purchase with A&B Jewelry, and so should you! I can't comment on the jewelry because I haven't worn it yet. But, I am looking forward to wearing all of it!!

Not the best experience here
Not the best experience here. Thank god my order was only &49.00. Ordered in May and still haven’t received… 3 months? no response except it’s in transit for the last 4 email conversations. Seems like a scam Don’t waste your money Tick tock shop got me again

Updated - they have been in touch
Company did not honour the ‘select one & we’ll send its twin on us’ promotion & claimed they were unable to just send me the other item. Truly appalling customer service when it would have been so easy to rectify UPDATED to 3 stars - company have since contacted me to try & rectify things. They understood my point & are sending the 2nd item. Once all received then I’ll update this review again. UPDATED back down to 1 star as emails now being completely ignored & still no twin received.

Great customer service at AB Jewelry
Great customer service at AB Jewelry. Sophie has been very helpful with tracking my shipment and response time is same day never experienced that quickness! Definitely recommend ordering from this company 😊

My experience was excellent
My experience was excellent. I had an issue with the delivery part, but I spoke with Sophie from the customer support team, and she was very helpful in assisting me. Your package may indicate 'delivered', but you should receive it within 2-3 business days. But you will get it. The jewelry is beautiful.
