Terrible quality, not as described, I purchased 5 bracelets sold as a set, Al completely different gold colours I asked to return the item as they were not as described and poor quality and they told me the shipping cost is down to me. This is not true as of the consumer rights. Do not waste your money on this company. The company have been intouch with me and happily offered me a full refund, for which I’m very grateful Their customer service communication was excellent. Thank you for the outcome

Absolute SCAM!!! Pieces came extremely small and very poor quality. I inquired about refund. Gave me address in China to return which costs hundreds of $$. When I called them out they said they were transparent about the overseas warehouse which is GARBAGE! A small disclaimer under CANCELLATIONS at the bottom of webpage states this. I never read that because I did not cancel the order-only read refund policy. Do Not Order from here!

Edit: UPDATE They finally sent me a refund of 75% and a request that I update my review. I still wouldn’t ever purchase from them again but happy they sent me some money back. I saw a review where someone got all their money back so that’s annoying that I didn’t get it all back too. I would give them three stars now because they did send me some money back but honestly I’m giving these to my preteen neighbor since they are so small. I would give zero stars if it was possible this jewelry is such garbage. It looked beautiful online but when it came, it could only fit my eight year-old niece. I have been back-and-forth with customer service which also sucks. Do not use this company. Horrible horrible horrible. What a scam of course it comes from China. All I want is my money back and they wanna give me 10% back. What bullshit is that keep it and pay 90%.

I ordered thr BOGOF bracelets on May 22nd. I never recieved my order since my address was wrong in their system. I was directed to go to my post office and the items were already sent back. I asked them to resend and they tried to charge me a fee, they ultimately waved the fee and said they would be sent. I've never received the bracelets and now they aren't responding to my messages. I've sent multiple messages asking for a status update. I haven't heard back from them since July 1st. So not only did I not get the bracelets I havent gotten a refund either. Don't buy from this company, they are completely unprofessional. I hate to write reviews like this but after being ignored for a month straight, I felt like I needed to warn other shoppers. Update---- i did receive a refund after posting this review, but it shouldn't have had to come to that. Being ignored for a month is not acceptable to me. Buy at your own risk

Took too long to arrive. Didn’t realise it was from overseas. Bought two bracelets BOGOF. Didn’t arrive in time, had to buy other gifts. When they did arrive I was disappointed in the quality. Don’t think I could give this as a gift. Lesson learned buying from sellers on instagram without researching company first.

I was having a woe is me day and looked for a little pick me up. I saw AB Jewelry and it looked nice, wasn't too expensive so I thought I would try it. When I got it, I went Whoa! It was a nice weight, not cheapy, and appeared to be good quality. I did have a hard time opening one of the bracelets, but they did email me a step by step which was really helpful. I am very happy with my purchase and will probably buy again from them

This jewelry is not as advertised. It arrived in a bag and is an off-gold color. I feel like it will likely tarnish. This jewelry looks like something you could get at Claire's rather than as nice as they make it look on the website. I am disappointed. EDIT: the company got in touch right away and refunded me partially without need for a return. I am happy with their resolution.

Buyer beware. Scam Alert! Merchandise arrived broken. AB Jewelry responded with fake tracking number saying they were sending replacement item. Never received item. Would not respond to requests for replacement or refund. Company is a scam and product is very poor quality.
