Buyers beware! I haven’t had this jewelry, but four months and it is tarnishing. I’ve reached out to the company twice, and they have ignored me.

I didn’t receive my order after 5 weeks I called customer service and spoke to Sophie. She was amazing. She replaced my order and I got it within about a week. She was very on top of things and responded to my emails very promptly. That was the best part of my experience, ordering from this company, other than that, the jewelry is not very good quality.

I ordered thr BOGOF bracelets on May 22nd. I never recieved my order since my address was wrong in their system. I was directed to go to my post office and the items were already sent back. I asked them to resend and they tried to charge me a fee, they ultimately waved the fee and said they would be sent. I've never received the bracelets and now they aren't responding to my messages. I've sent multiple messages asking for a status update. I haven't heard back from them since July 1st. So not only did I not get the bracelets I havent gotten a refund either. Don't buy from this company, they are completely unprofessional. I hate to write reviews like this but after being ignored for a month straight, I felt like I needed to warn other shoppers. Update---- i did receive a refund after posting this review, but it shouldn't have had to come to that. Being ignored for a month is not acceptable to me. Buy at your own risk

This jewelry is not as advertised. It arrived in a bag and is an off-gold color. I feel like it will likely tarnish. This jewelry looks like something you could get at Claire's rather than as nice as they make it look on the website. I am disappointed. EDIT: the company got in touch right away and refunded me partially without need for a return. I am happy with their resolution.
