I inquired on selling 2 Rolex watches and agreed on a purchase price upon verification. I found out verification was more than authenticating but include repair costs to get watches in “like-new” condition. They said watches needed links, parts, etc. Both watches were working when I sent them to the company. They offered me 35% less than original offer. I asked for written documentation of work needed & I got it in a text 3 days after I requested it.

Don’t buy from this company — it’s a scam. I placed an order weeks ago and even provided video proof, but nothing has been resolved. I’ve asked for a refund multiple times and have been completely ignored. At this point, I’ve probably been banned from their page too. Be careful.

The worst jewelry EVER. My mom bought me earrings and it broke in no time. My mother spent thousands on those earrings and now she can't refunded because your products are downright trash. Do your products even work? No wonder you don't do refunds because your product quality sucks. Your products are fake. The first time me and my mom bought it, it broke in a minimum of 3-5 days. I never take it off and it broke easily. How are you guys still a company? I am EXTREMELY careful with it and it still broke. How is that possible? If I were you guys, I would close the business and stop scamming people.

Wonderful customer service team, they were super helpful when I hadn’t received my delivery and resent the items straight away. When the bracelet and earrings arrived, they were better then I thought. Great quality and really lovely jewellery pieces. Will be buying more and hope to buy the matching necklace when it comes back in stock!

Do not buy from this company. I have been waiting for over 2 months for a refund. They sent me the wrong order and it was not what I ordered. I have been emailing them back for my refund and to this day not received it. They keep telling me they are working on it. I have been dealing with this company since the beginning of July and still nothing resolved. This company is a scam!

Ordered jewelry and one month later still have not received my order. I contacted via email since the phone number does not work and I requested to cancel the order since the tracking number showed it had not yet shipped yet. Instead they responded back with a bogus new tracking number saying it would take another 15 business days to receive my order. I immediately replied declining and asked to be refunded but they refused. Sent a dispute through my credit card and hoping to get my money back eventually. When I disputed the charge it shows payment went to Russia yet the phone number on the site is a Los Angeles, CA, USA number which is a non-working number.
