Aside from the jewelry being shipped from China and the delivery taking longer than expected due to customs, my experience with the company has been pleasant. When I’ve emailed about the delay, the response was immediate. When I received my jewelry, the pieces were beautiful. I had some trouble opening one of the bangles, I reached out to their customer service again and their response was very quick and helpful.

It’s been months I ordered a bracelet. I have not received yet. I’m trying to reach out to the company but their email address it’s not valid. I don’t know how to reach out to anyone with this company because I need a refund or I need my bracelets.

So happy with my first purchase - lucky to find AB when there was an offer on 2 for 1 . Keep an eye on offers. They are gorgeous pieces and the customer service and delivery was excellent . Thanks to Sophie too

THE WORST ! First it took almost a month to arrive from China. The size of my bracelets are for infants !! NOT ADULTS ! It’s tight and looks so cheap ! I won’t even ask for a refund because I can see it’s not worth it ! DO NOT PURCHASE !! Fake cheap material

My order sat for 10 days with no movement. When I emailed asking for a refund, it's suddenly on its way. Now it's going to arrive too late for the event I ordered it for.

***UPDATE*** After some back and forth, management got involved and they were kind enough to provide me with a full refund. Therefore, I am updating this review from a 1-star to a 3-star. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! It took FOREVER to receive my package, which came from CHINA, by the way. When the jewelry finally arrived, nothing was as depicted on their Instagram/website. The pieces are very poor quality and appear very, very cheap. No biggie, right? WRONG! When I emailed support to request a refund, Sophie @ support said that they could either issue me a 10% refund and no need to return the pieces, a 20% off my next order, OR if wanted a “full” refund I would have to pay anywhere from $30-$50 for shipping, plus however much it costs to send the package certified/tracked because they won’t issue a refund if it is lost in the mail. This is absolutely ridiculous, and is certainly something that they should note on their site - but why would they? No one would purchase from them if they knew their shady practices in advance. This company is clearly shipping very poor quality products directly from China - the package says so. That being said, BUYER BEWARE!

Updated, i ordered on july 21, had many issues which i describe about below but now its septemver 4 and still no package. I was out of the country on vacay and told them about this before i ordered to try and receive it before going away on august 3rd. there is no more info on tracking site after july 21st. What a joke. This company keeps proving to me that they cant be trusted and will definitely not buy anything from them again. Here is also what i experienced with them. After multiple emails AB finally did the right thing and resolved my problem. They gave me a promo code for 30% when using paypal but it wouldn't work. I contacted Sophie and initially she was fast and thorough. But after many emails and waiting and having to explain the issue over and over nothing was done. After waiting and being on a time restrain as I wanted these as gifts for family that im going to go see in 2 weeks, I went ahead and bought these items. I was also charged $6.93 for express but it clearly stated that I would get that free but did not. I then asked Sophie to refund the 30% not incl the extra for shipping. Which was $41. This is when she took her time and asked again to explain why I was asking for refund and then emailed me to confirm I wanted a refund only to have her finally come back and say no. She offered another 30% off coupon, which made me furious. As if I would ever go back and buy anything from them again. What a joke. This is what i call bad buisness! Not making things right just shows that the company only cares about the money. I shop alot and they just lost me as a customer. Buyers beware.

I have sent 3 emails to this company about a return and have yet to receive a response. I only receive their marketing emails which I do not need at this moment. The jewelry I bought was very problematic with them not being able to open or having to use a tool to pry it open and then not being able to close. I would like my money back. Also i order my items on June 27th and did not receive them until July 18th when it said I would receive my items on July 12th.
