Wonderful customer service team, they were super helpful when I hadn’t received my delivery and resent the items straight away. When the bracelet and earrings arrived, they were better then I thought. Great quality and really lovely jewellery pieces. Will be buying more and hope to buy the matching necklace when it comes back in stock!

AB Jewelry’s customer service is outstanding! Sophia was kind, patient and very professional. I had one small issue with a bracelet and not only did she go above and beyond regarding replacement she personally contacted me every time I had a question. In addition, not only did they replace the bracelet they sent me additional gifts. This is definitely the kind of company I enjoy doing business with and it’s apparent that they appreciate their customers too!

I was having a woe is me day and looked for a little pick me up. I saw AB Jewelry and it looked nice, wasn't too expensive so I thought I would try it. When I got it, I went Whoa! It was a nice weight, not cheapy, and appeared to be good quality. I did have a hard time opening one of the bracelets, but they did email me a step by step which was really helpful. I am very happy with my purchase and will probably buy again from them

Aside from the jewelry being shipped from China and the delivery taking longer than expected due to customs, my experience with the company has been pleasant. When I’ve emailed about the delay, the response was immediate. When I received my jewelry, the pieces were beautiful. I had some trouble opening one of the bangles, I reached out to their customer service again and their response was very quick and helpful.

So happy with my first purchase - lucky to find AB when there was an offer on 2 for 1 . Keep an eye on offers. They are gorgeous pieces and the customer service and delivery was excellent . Thanks to Sophie too

I had an issue with the Buy One Get One Free promotion. After stating my displeasure to Customer Service, Sophie took control of the situation, figured out a solution that I would be happy with, and the issue was resolved! Sophie was courteous, knowledgeable and patient with me. I was extremely impressed by Sophie. She came up with a resolution that I didn't even know that I would be happy with! It was apparent that having a happy customer was important to Sophie, which is the greatest feeling for a new customer! I would gladly make another purchase with A&B Jewelry, and so should you! I can't comment on the jewelry because I haven't worn it yet. But, I am looking forward to wearing all of it!!
