Can someone please email me about this? There is no way to get ahold of you! You make it virtually impossible to cancel the subscription!!!!!

I have never subscribed yet $99.99 was taken from my account. Please refund this charge asap and cancel any subscription that I have. It never even appeared in my Apple App active subscription.

Hi Gema, so sorry for the trouble! I see that we canceled your account and refunded the charges for the payment information that you provided to us in November. I did some digging and just found another account that you signed up for through Facebook with different payment information. I canceled that account and refunded the charges today. Can you please send me an email at [email protected], Attn: Erin, if you'd like to discuss further? Thanks!

Erin G. from Aaptiv support helped me out! She was so great! She even offered to call to help me which they don’t normally do. Apparently there was a glitch & my previous transaction never went through so that’s why I couldn’t access workouts. Now that the app is working appropriately I love it!! The workouts & the music is great!

I really enjoy Aaptiv. I can use it at the gym or on my own. I also enjoy the programs/challenges, which make me try harder classes than I would on my own.

Fabulous coaches and fabulous results!

I love this app! It works just like it should and they are always adding great features to make it better! The music and trainers are so motivating! Rochelle is my favorite and I’ve used her Half Marathon training program to get me to my first half Marathon and the next 2 after. It’s an awesome app and definitely worth the money.

Incredibly responsive to feedback and constantly improving their product; I highly recommend Aaptiv as a training program/workout partner for all levels of fitness.
