They auto renewed my subscription without sending any kind of reminder email. I was caught out be not cancelling subscription before the free trial was up... but that was my fault, I set a reminder to cancel at the end of the year but I couldn't find a way to do it from my account and had to email them. I did try some of the running workouts. It is very 'american' so overly enthusiastic coaches. But I did find the app easy to use and you can filter for the coaches you like and the music you like as well as the exercise type. Although some of them the music was too loud and couldn't hear the coach (I'm not sure if there are settings to change this). I wish they did outdoor cycling workouts that would be good to listen to whilst cycling. I wish you could listen to your own music overlayed too but you can't.

Great workouts for treadmill but there has been no new treadmill content in a really long time If you updated treadmill content regularly would be 5 stars

I loved it at first. Now they have introduced the "coach" feature. It assume that you will do the same type of workout every week on certain days. If, for example, you do weight lifting on a Tuesday but coach thinks you should be doing cardio, then your workout isn't counted. Perhaps one week you run on a Monday and the next you run on a Tuesday. There's no flexibility. Reminder messages keep popping up, telling you that there's still time for you to do "workout" today. They should make this feature optional, but unfortunately one cannot disable it.

Great app for motivation with gym and running workouts. I gave it 3* because I really wish they had more barre and Pilates inspired workouts as those are my favorite go to quick fix workouts to tone up.

Some of the trainers could explain each move better.

I like your app but I do also recognize that you are missing the steps in each program, You also miss some videos in your programs It will be helpful to have dietary programs as well as video coaches Otherwise you are on the right track to have me for long time

When I began the app, I absolutely loved it. I was able to get a variety of workouts with a variety of instructor types. However, now that I'm several months into the app, I find that I've completed a lot of the longer intermediate and advanced work outs. It has become harder and harder to find workouts in the 45-60 minute period for strength training. I understand if that's not the Aaptiv objective, but maybe there is a way to cater to customers who are looking for longer workouts (45 mins to 1 hour). Perhaps on the back end, your team could bundle workouts together such that you could offer a "complete" workout routine (e.g. 15 minutes running, 30 minutes weights, 10 mins cool down) from pre-existing work outs. That way, it makes it easier on the back end for users to select complimentary workouts.
