I did not use this service as much as I thought in the first year. I did not remember to cancel until almost a month after my credit card was charged.... I contacted chat support who did not refund *all* the annual fee, but most of it ($85 of a $100 charge) to account for the value of the month I was still technically able to use the service. I thought this was quite reasonable as I had expected a fight to get my money back.

At times, I prefer the audio workout rather than the video style. Aaptiv and Audible apps are working together is another perk. I've had the aaptiv app for two years now and don't use it as much as I should. It's my go-to when I travel and my go-to when I can't sleep, I turn on one of the mediations. Please continue to add new types of workouts as this crowd gets bored very easily. I'm not loving the 'coach'...typically bypass it and go to either the category or a collection. I appreciate the '# days of streak' - this is motivating. The fitness trainers are 100% motivating. Highly recommend this as a fitness option. Keeping the app costs to approx $100 is reasonable and competitive.

Good app with decent product, but I didn’t realize it was $100 renewal. Got charged with no notification, but I contacted customer support and they were able to give me $85 back, so it was better than nothing. Can’t get mad at customer support, but Desirae helped me get some money back.

I really enjoy the product, it has made working out a lot more fun and engaging. My only feedback is you should be able to filter your saved workouts. I have about 50 saved and if I want to find a specific way, there’s no way to narrow it down by workout type, length or difficulty. Please build this into the app!

I am using Aaptiv for cardio, not for strength, as I prefer other apps with videos for different kinds of training. I ran my first 10k thanks to Aaptiv training program, and I am definitely going to continue with the half marathon training! The workouts I have used so far have been great, however I think that there is a big room for improvement: I would love to have a more user-friendly interface (where I can save a whole series or program, rather than saving every single workout in my calendar) and being able to do the same workout but with different music.

I enjoy the cardio workouts, helps mix things up. Some of the trainers I feel talk way to much during the workout I would like to listen to the music as well. Not too thrilled with the customer service though.

I really like this app for the most part. I have two issues that kept me from giving 5 stars. First, there is some inconsistency between trainers and their idea of what a beginner, intermediate, or advanced workout is, and the descriptions aren’t always helpful. Second, because it is audio only, it is sometimes hard to know what they are telling you to do, especially with strength training. Different instructors use different terms, or have different definitions of exercises. One final note is it would be nice if you could search workouts based on what equipment you need.

Great app and workouts. I think it will be nice to have more programs tailored to my needs. Also, better selection in the music might make it more enjoyable. I and always in between levels (beginner, intermediate, and advanced) and sometimes an exercise is explained and I have no idea on what they actually means and how my pose should look like. I am no suggesting to move away from audio workout, but a visual aid at this point would be helpful.
