AaptivReviews of aaptiv.com

Pretty terrible price point. You can go to the same studios through ClassPass for a quarter of the price of Aaptiv's premium tier of $150. AND you can only take one class a month at the participating studios. I understand you can visit different gyms, but a black card at Planet Fitness is $20... so if you add a 15 credit a month membership at ClassPass ($35), together it's half the price (plus even if you bought a 4 class at Club Pilates it's CHEAPER than taking one class at Aaptiv). Ridiculous waste of money when there is such a better option out there.

Scam - run away. I asked pertinent questions on chat and when I gave him a little bit of truth serum they ended the chat. Even told them about the reviews on here. They have been charging me several months even though I canceled. I will be reporting them to my bank for fraud

Worst experience I’ve ever had with a company. No one returns your phone calls. Website doesn’t work half the time. Charged me and then didn’t accept the gyms that I picked. No customer service agents to be found. Save yourself time and don’t go with them.

Subscribed for 6 years on and off. Tried to resubscribe and they charged me but I couldn't access any of the content. Thankfully able to get a refund through Google play as their customer service hasn't responded. This is a shame as the content was great but looking through recent experiences, this glitch has been present for a while and the developers haven't fixed it therefore the app is now just a scam.

They literally have been charging me for 4+ years and (1) Didn't once email me (2) I deleted the app 4 years ago but I was still being charged (3) Changed my credit card and still getting charged. I would like a full refund for the 4 years, not 2021but 2022, 2023, 2024 and 2025.

I was an Aaptiv customer for 3 years... and then when I decided to not renew, I had NO success reaching a human customer service representative to confirm cancellation. I assume the fact that I wasn't charged that I was cancelled, but their business practices have clearly gone downhill. Sending out auto-ticket emails but not having staff ready to respond to this tickets makes me happier that I have left Aaptiv. If they try to charge my card, I will dispute and submit an official complaint.

I am an Elite member. They dropped Lifetime from their network without notice, charged my monthly fees, and have not responded to my support ticket despite multiple reminders and requests. This company is scam.

Do not use Aaptiv! I recently signed up for their elite tier and within my first 2 month they increased my monthly rate by 40% and then the following month removed all gym access in my area with no communication. I’ve tried contacting multiple time with no response from their support team. Beware @aaptiv is a fraudulent business scamming their customers out of money!
