Absolutely horrible. I have been out of the country and have no access to my account and have been robber $70 without my authorization! I would like a refund.

Update: The company did return all the money within 24 hours after their comments below. I tried to cancel my subscription and get a refund and they refused to refund my money but gave me the year at 50% off. While trying to research their site on how to cancel it does not say you have to cancel prior to billing. It also says if you purchase through iTunes to work with them for a refund but no where does it say if you subscribed through the AAPTIV App they won’t refund full amount. It’s very misleading and sad that they won’t refund if you didn’t get a chance to use their app. We pay for future use and if I know your app isn’t what I want then you should refund...not keep my money

I like the idea of the app. I didn't really use it too much in my 30-day trial but when I did I loved all the classes I took. Trying to cancel my subscription, on the other hand, has been a disappointment. The lack of customer service provided by Aaptiv was shocking. I have messaged 3 different ways with no response.

Love the classes! And the maternity program was on point. Stayed fit my whole pregnancy and now I’m back to the harder classes and in great shape! I used to go to the gym and spent $40 a month but now bought a few pieces of equipment and can do it on my own time at a fraction of the cost. Plus I don’t have to worry about lines for the shower!

Hello, I would like to cancel my membership because your app isn't available in my country (however I had to put my card number before I found out it). I logged through Facebook. What unpleasantly surprised me a few hours later was that I have been charged although your website states it is a 30days trial version? I logged yesterday and didn't use your app at all. It is a scam. I wrote you an email to support(at-sign)aaptiv.com but the answer didn't come so far. (And no, it isn't in my spams). It was from email hrabovska.nicol(at-sign)email.cz. I want to cancel it right now. And no more. Thank you for reply. Nicol

What a great exercise tool! I started using this app last month and it has motivated me to start working out in the morning (I’m certainly NOT a morning person). Between the great music, upbeat trainers and incredible encouragement, this is exercise that I look forward to doing. Thanks for the motivation Aaptiv!

My first experience with Aaptiv was excellent!! Not only is this an amazing App to work out with, but its really informative and teaches you new things. I had a question for customer service, and not only did they respond on a Saturday but went above and beyond to address my issue. Ian, thank you!!!! I recommend Aaptiv and will definitely tell all of my friends!!!
