If I could give negative stars I would. It has been 2 month, and items has yet to be received. The tracking link shows my item has not left the facility by the carrier. Company will not offer a refund, just keeps telling me to wait.

I wish I had read the reviews on this company before I placed my order. I ordered two things back on the 24th of September and never received a tracking email or as of today, 3rd of November, the items! I can’t get any response from the company through email or by phone! Looks like Iam out 138 dollars!

I have it a one star only because it made me! I’d give them less if I could! I’ve ordered an item that’s stuck in production? Very poor communication, no one answers their posted phone, and it takes days for them to reply to any emails. I’d recommend staying away from this company, if it even is a company!? Seems pretty shady to me currently! I’ll update and let you know if I’m able to get a refund out of these guys!

Ordered two Giants 100th Anniversary whiskey glasses for $80. Glasses arrived but nothing like as advertised. The images were worn away and delivered in white styrafoam boxes vs. the beautiful Anniversary Boxes advertised. No response from the company regarding my order. Will continue to pursue a refund but feel I have been scammed. Don't order from this company.
