CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE. THIS IS A SCAM. NO RESPONSE NO PRODUCT AND IT'S GOING TO BE IMPOSSIBLE TO GET MY $$ BACK NOT SURE HOW TO PROCEED.

I ordered an Ohio State Anniversary Whiskey Bottle and paid for expedited shipping. It never arrived. I sent three e-mails to their sales department requesting a status on the order with no response. I called the phone number for their customer service department and it just rings and rings. I actually put my phone on speaker and let it ring for 5 minutes, no answer. This company is a SCAM! My credit card company refunded my money. The name that shows up on my credit card purchase is “TRUONGHOANG”. This is definitely a SCAM.

I gave this company a 1 ⭐ because I had to click on something in order to continue with my review. That being said... Buyer Beware! Very low POS quality. I ordered an Ohio State Buckeye decanter. The wording is off centered and the stopper came broken off of the plastic football topper. Anyone with ½ a brain knows you can't glue plastic. Well, you can, but it won't hold. It took FOREVER to arrive, and when it did the package was heavily damaged. They lead you to believe it's coming from New York, but in reality I'm pretty sure it was China. When I emailed the company about my package tracking number never being able to be found, that went unanswered as well. At this point I'm SO over this gift that I will chalk it up as a lesson learned, and probably not even bother trying to get a refund, because I sure as hell don't want a replacement!
