The bottle was nice, but it was very deceiving how they require you to pick a whiskey and it comes empty. I realized it pertained to specific caps but mine came with a plain cork. I emailed and got no response. Very disappointed.

No customer service
Shirt was all good, but ordered 2 sizes. Return portal doesn’t work, nobody responds to email enquiry or instagram message. Shame really, try and support independent brands and they shoot themselves in the foot with basic customer care! Avoid if you want to return anything!

Hi M. Gould,
Thank you for your honest review. First, we're glad to hear you were happy with the quality of the shirt itself, but we are incredibly sorry for the complete failure in our customer service process you experienced when trying to make a return.
You are absolutely right—this is a basic part of customer care, and we let you down. Supporting an independent brand should come with great, personal service, and it's unacceptable that our return portal failed and that your messages went unanswered.
Your feedback has highlighted a critical issue for us. We are now urgently investigating the technical problem with our returns portal and reviewing our customer response system across email and Instagram to ensure this doesn't happen again.
Most importantly, we want to process your return for you right away. Please email us directly at [email protected] with your order number in the subject line. I will personally ensure it is prioritized and handled today.
Thank you again for bringing this to our attention. We hope we can resolve this for you and regain your trust.
Sincerely,
The 9ninecloth Team

May be Awesome...I'll never know.
Fully understanding that these were not official sneakers, there was a print I really liked and decided to grab a pair.
Here's the thing, they may be great shoes and the print may be perfect, but I'll never know. I got word that UPS is wanting to charge me about what I paid for the sneakers for delivery.
I'm gathering this is a customs/tariffs thing ..which....awesome. Great job on voting America. You're the tops.
Anyway if you happen to find a random pair of size 10 kicks with front 242 graphics on them at a goodwill in the future, I hope you enjoy them, because I'm not paying that fee.
Live and learn, buyer beware, etc etc.
Be kind!

Dear Craig,
Thank you for leaving a review. We're genuinely gutted to read it and to hear about the frustrating situation you've run into with the delivery of your shoes.
Honestly, it's a huge bummer to hear that your Front 242 kicks are stuck in limbo because of an unexpected customs fee. We can completely understand your frustration – no one wants a surprise bill that's nearly the cost of the item itself, and it's awful to be excited about something that you may never get to see.
You're spot on – those charges from UPS are indeed customs/duties fees levied by your country's government for importing goods. Unfortunately, this is a process that is completely out of our hands; the fee isn't from us or even from UPS, but is a requirement of international trade. We truly hate when this happens because we know it creates a terrible and confusing experience for our customers.
"Live and learn" shouldn't have to be the final word here, and we don't want you to be left with nothing but a bad experience. Your feedback is a clear sign that we need to do a much better job of highlighting the possibility of these international fees for our customers before they purchase. We will be reviewing our shipping information and checkout process to make this warning more prominent.
We would really like to try and find a better solution for you. Please reach out to our team directly at [email protected] and mention your review. We want to see what we can do to help make this right, whether it's exploring options once the package is returned to us or finding another way to help ease the frustration.
We really hope you don't end up seeing those kicks in a Goodwill. We'd much rather help you out directly.
And thank you for the reminder to "Be kind!" We appreciate you sharing your experience, even though it was a frustrating one.
All the best,
The Team at 9ninecloth.com

Mis-lead
Please call the shoes what they are. I ordered the Slipknot Air force 1's. Received with out a box, scuffed in a bag. Sure they look cool. But they are uncomfortable, and not real Nike's. Let people know that these are not the real thing. I could have saved some money by not buying them.

Dear Christopher McDermott,
Thank you for your review and for sharing your honest feedback regarding your recent "Slipknot Air Force 1's" order from 9ninecloth.com. We are truly sorry to hear about your disappointment and the issues you experienced.
We want to address your concerns directly:
1. Product Description and Authenticity: We sincerely apologize if the product name and description led you to believe these were official Nike Air Force 1s endorsed by Slipknot. Our products are custom-designed items inspired by various themes and artists. They are not official branded merchandise (like Nike) or official band-endorsed products unless explicitly stated as such. We understand your point completely and agree that clarity is crucial. We are taking your feedback very seriously and will be reviewing our product naming and descriptions to ensure they are as transparent as possible about the nature of our custom-inspired footwear.
2. Packaging and Condition: We are also very sorry to hear that your shoes arrived without a box and were scuffed. This is certainly not the standard we aim for, and we apologize for the oversight in packaging and the condition in which they arrived.
3. Comfort: We regret that you found the shoes uncomfortable. While we aim for our custom designs to be wearable, we understand that comfort levels can vary, especially when compared to established athletic brands.
We appreciate you acknowledging that the shoes "look cool," but we understand that this doesn't make up for the other shortcomings you've experienced. Your point about "letting people know these are not the real thing" is well-taken, and as mentioned, we are committed to improving the clarity of our product information.
We would very much like the opportunity to make things right for you. Please contact our customer service team directly at [email protected] with your order number. We want to discuss this further and explore a satisfactory resolution, which could include options for a return or other compensation in line with our policies, especially considering the condition upon arrival.
Your feedback is invaluable in helping us improve our products and how we present them. We hope to hear from you soon.
Sincerely,
The Team at 9ninecloth.com
