Very shady company. Ordered something on Oct 8, paid for express shipping (receive in 5-7 days) never heard anything. On Oct 30th finally got a response saying the “order was lost in the system.” I was asked if I wanted to have the one I ordered still ship or a tefund. I had told them I would like a refund as I ordered on from elsewhere $40 cheaper. Today Nov 12 saying they can’t refund because it shippep; two weeks AFTER refund request. I would run from this company
