I ordered a WV Mountaineers Whiskey Bottle, Order # 322713 the one I received looks nothing like the one I ordered at all. Frankly it looks like a drawing a 5 year old child would do. School Team colors are blue and gold and they did the lettering in red not gold like in the photo of the bottle I purchased. The cork on the bottle is a nice screw on crown made to look like the one on the Royal Crown bottle in the ad, what I received is a non sealing push in piece of junk again nothing like I ordered. I emailed them asking to make a return and get a refund and have been completed ignored. No choice left but to dispute the charge and make sure everyone knows they are NOT a trustworthy store! Do NOT Purchase from these people!! You will NOT receive the product you order as the photos they show you are NOT the product they deliver!! Edit: 10/15/2025 I sent a second email request for a return and refund, though I am doubtful I will hear back at this point. This company has ZERO customer service!

First off, the items that I ordered and paid for did not all arrive. Out of 5 items ordered, two arrived, and the other three never showed up. I have emailed 5 times, and the only response I received was "do I want a refund". I want the items I ordered and answers to my questions, which never come. Now I do want my money back. Happy to provide my invoice number and any other details needed.

The bottle was nice, but it was very deceiving how they require you to pick a whiskey and it comes empty. I realized it pertained to specific caps but mine came with a plain cork. I emailed and got no response. Very disappointed.

I have been trying to return this item. On Sep 23, 2025, at 11:58 AM, Nancy LaCroix My order # is nine-323732 I ordered a Boston Sport Teams Boston Strong Custom Whiskey Bottle - Maker’s Mark. This product is a piece of junk and the description of the item was misleading. Why would I need to choose what whiskey I want when it does not come with the whiskey in the bottle? The decal is missing half the basketball and one of the red socks is blue. Also a piece of the patriots hat is missing. I would like to know how to return this item and receive a refund. Sincerely, Not a happy customer, Nancy LaCroix

Ordered a Boston Sports Whiskey bottle on Aug 6th for $52. Received a tracking # on September 18th. Received another email on Oct 8th asking how I liked my order. I never received it and the tracking shows it was delivered back to the original sender after a long 7 day Journey in NY. The button in email to provide feedback led me here. Not to a customer service or company email. Based on other reviews and the fact everything has felt very off since the beginning feels like I've been scammed. Never order from these guys.

I ordered a month ago, still no change on the tracking process the item wasnt cheap an already received an email to leave them a review how can I review somthing I havnt yet received

I placed my order on September 11 and I have still not received it. The communication with this company is horrendous.

The item they advertised was absolutely nothing like what they sent. The customer service is an absolute joke, almost as terrible as their shipping speed.
