Ordered 4 whiskey bottles. Received only 1 bottle which, by the way, was an incredibly cheap piece of junk from China. Customer service does not answer phone. Have not received response by email. Had to dispute with my credit card company.

Absolutely shocking. Do not buy from this place. Products are extremely low quality and look nothing like the pictures. It’s clearly a scam where they are marking up products (if you can even call them that) significantly compared to the cost to make. Atrocious customer service, and they will not return your money even if it has taken a good couple of months to get the right product. I’m still “waiting” for a 2025 Manchester United advent calendar that was ordered mid Dec, received late Dec although it was a Penrith Panthers cheap ridiculous advent calendar. They will not issue a refund and the correct calendar (which is no longer usable or relevant) has yet to arrive. These people are scammers and do not have legit products.

If I could give negative, I would. This is a total scam and they will take your money, send you the wrong product and do nothing about it. I am lucky, I am only out $66 I cannot believe that this is not being investigated by someone. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY

Do not do business with 9ninecloth. I ordered about $300 worth of merchandise and paid to have delivery expedited. After 3 months of waiting to receive and frequently being told it was coming but will be late, I cancelled the purchase and was told I would receive my money back in 3-5 days. After a month, no reimbursement.

I had ordered the Astros advent calendar the 1st of November. I paid for express shipping to receive way before December 1st. I reached out after December to check on status and they said let me check shipping status. It was sent just then and didn’t arrive until December 30th. What I received was a complete joke, nothing as advertised. You couldn’t open the doors, the pieces for each day was literally all on the bottom, seemed it was just thrown in like a little “tackle box plastic container.” The pieces that were advertised was very cheap and wasn’t as advertised either. They say satisfaction guarantee or money back, I’ve reached out numerous times and get no response. I paid a lot of money for something that thought would be a great keepsake memoir for my son and it was an humiliation. Also, the number provided is not a working number as no one EVER answers. To get questions answers it sends you to WhatsApp which is also a complete joke. Please whatever you do do NOT order from here. It’s a scam
