Don't believe a word
I believe it all starts with a quality (or in our case a not so great) sales representative. Told us what the system did but did not ask us what we needed...just presented one like it was the only option and we took. Quote was wonderful just $450/mo. Trouble was when we got the invoice it was more than double. The taxes and fees were unbelievable and sometimes accounted for 65% or more of the total invoice. We contacted them and they came up with a solution to save us some money....switch plans. OK. First we had to activate the new plan. Then they never told us we needed to deactivate the old plan. A LOT of things are not told to you and are a surprise only AFTER you ask. Now we are getting charged more. We were promised a refund...had to fight for 3 months to get that. Long story short..we cancelled all our lines. I have an email stating all our lines are canceled as of ___ date yet we kept getting a $34+ charge on our AMEX each month. I don't receive a bill and can't access the account on line because it is closed. Call CS which is like dealing with Comcast or other internet provider, they are nice but I don't believe a word they say and there is so much fussing and being put on hold its a joke. Even though you have to choose 1 for billing or 2 for service you get the same CS who knows just a smattering of each. All they mostly do is put in case requests. It appears there was another line they never disconnected and guess what! the cancellation rep could not access it for some reason to cancel it. Now it is getting escalated to God only knows who. I'll give it a week then call AMEX to discuss this fraud.
