The overall functionality of the X5 series platform is excellent. It's user friendly, mobile friendly and all in all a good service. Being able to video call is an important feature for us.

Had a problem using a free calls download and Serena was quick, efficient and extremely knowledgeable when helping me find an alternative . The call was answered straight away and the problem fixed within 10 mins enabling me to work. As a "PC novice" I didn`t in any way feel embarrassed or patronised and came away with a little knowledge myself ! Thank-you Serena

Service delivery for the mobile application is great. UI is clean, and most importantly, no downtime on calls with our customers while on the go.

Perfectly priced, easily implementable - even with the least amount of knowhow on VOIP and technology.

8x8 by far is the only virtual office and VOIP worth having. I have used 8x8 for many years across a few sectors and it has always been reliable, fast, convenient and well priced. I have tried others in the past but nothing comes close to 8x8. I highly recommend this to anyone who has an organisation big or small. You won’t regret making the decision. If there is ever been a technical fault, the problem has been resolved very quickly and service has been back up and running so I can continue with my business. I have one of the top packages and I can call a lot of countries with unlimited minutes, call recordings and the connection is great. It’s also fantastic for conference calling. Thanks 8x8 for many years of help and support. O.
