I used and offer the 8x8 products to my clients and it is one of the best VOIP services on the market today. When comparing costs with other VOIP suppliers, 8x8 cost a little bit more but with crystal clear communications and good quality hardware and additional features that are normally offered at additional cost with other suppliers, very little if no downtime, 8x8 offers a very persuasive product. No-one could tell that I was speaking to them using the 8x8 VOIP phone/service and the 8x8 app for my mobile when I was away from the office was also a life saver. I can honestly say that for all of my customers that use the 8x8 service, there have been very few if any issues which is what you want for businesses these days so I would highly recommend 8x8.

We are a small business running off two phone from 8 x 8 but we could not do without them. The phones hold all our information for contacting back clients keeping records so we don't have to keep looking up customers, the messaging services is clear and simple to use. the handsets are sturdy, but the hands free option, when your too busy typing to hold the phone, is great with crystal clear speakers and volume control. My partner uses his headset when he's on conference call and once again he has clear communication lines. Also the cost of running the phone and the renting of the 3 phone numbers that we use is minimal. Electronic invoices, no paper waste. Weather your a small business like us or a bigger enterprise 8 x 8 definitely have you covered for all your communications worries. The Accounts management team are superb, making sure you have everything you need and are not pushy trying to sell you something you don't need. I have been using 8x8's autodialler services for my telemarketing team for 6 months now and can honestly say after using quite a few products on the market, its by far the best. We are a telecommunications provider ourselves who pride ourselves in customer service, and its so nice to work with a company who share the same values, Laura Pickard is an asset at the very least too! Always only hand to help!

Alex Martin and Laura Pickard have been realistically the most competent account managers you could ask for, on call near enough 24/7 it feels like. Whenever I have an issue (which is usually me being a tad thick) they are always on hand to help. Excellent system, great staff and by the sounds of things... a great place to work - Keep it up.

Amazing service and quality, infinity times better than BT

An excellent quality service that "just works". Setup was fully guided and undertaken by an 8x8 on-boarding member of staff. Only once I was satisfied that we were set up correctly did she hand over to an account manager. A very slick process.

Uk based operations. Staff are well trained. All contact has been quick and easy. All questions/issues are dealt with quickly and efficiently. Would highly recommend
