Prompt customer service and easy to set up

Moved our Voip from BT to 8x8 These guys made the move easy and fully supported us throughout with good communication and prompt service. Would recommend.

Very Happy! Great tool for speaking with clients and customers. And the fact I can use it on my mobile makes it so much easier when people want to reach me if I'm not in the office. And allows me to have a mobile for private and the connectivity for office as well without getting them muddled up.

Excellent service and system does exactly what it sais and more.

They are a horrible company who buries annual auto renewal policies and charges outrageous cancellations fees (think $1,500 for a small company like mine!!). Customer support does not care and even though I never signed anything they have threatened this action. DO NOT USE - I moved out number to Nextiva and am happy with their service so far.

Great quality, very good prices, awesome support. These people are so friendly, patient, helpful and professional, it is just great to see that there are still companies around who know how it has to be done. Can realy not complain about anything. I highly recommend 8x8 I believe a must have for any company who is need of this kind of service!

As a new business, naturally, we started using a budget system for the first few months of our incorporation. As you would expect, knowing nothing about VoIPs, we really struggled to do anything outside of calling - up until about 10 weeks ago, the most exciting thing I had learned to do was redirect my inbound calls to my mobile when I was out of the office. I had finally come to terms with the fact that we needed a new solution and after asking around, 8x8 almost seemed like a name I couldn't avoid. I always get multiple quotes as a rule - I knew exactly what I wanted and I had already had quotes from competitors. My initial contact was Ben Deadman, a very helpful guy with tonnes of personality. I explained I wanted to get straight to the point and within minutes he had a detailed description of what I needed from 8x8 in the way of features software and support. I was put in touch with Jonathan Hathaway also on a conference call, and within 20-30 minutes I had an account with everything I needed. I was amazed with the hands on support - upon joining I was given an hours induction with the very patient Hannah Sheerin, who despite my complete lack of knowledge and initial struggle to absorb everything, booked an extra hour with me and was eventually able to leave me almost completely capable of operating all the key features of my package. Jonathan Hathaway took back over for an extra hour (maybe even slightly more), and after just one day I was completely confident, but, more importantly I have been able to get the full potential from the software from the very beginning. Jonathan really has been a fantastic consultant and remains to be to this day, the support team are great but if I have a quick question about something small and need a quick response, I fire him an email or call him direct and I always receive a rapid response. In terms of service 8x8 really have got it cracked, thank you for everything so far and I look forward to our work in the future! PFP Services
