Good system, staff are friendly and helpfull

Recently set up the Auto Attendance feature for our company. Was nice and easy, the guide that came with it was very user friendly. Did have an issue where I had to call your support team. Daniel was very helpful. Great service and product.

Easy to communicate with and brilliant customer service, Stephen Crowther I find very helpful and knowledgeable.

We had an issue whereby our phone lines were stating they were closed but as an admin I could not see this issue in 8x8, the advisor on the phone was not only helpful resolving the issue but also provided job aids to assist in preventing it from happening in the future. Overall great service and would recommend to anyone.

Occasional issue with voice quality however overall satisfied with the product. Collaborative features are of great use which makes it different from other providers. Happy to recommend anyone.Also, packages are considerably cheaper than other VoIP providers

System works flawlessly. Support is excellent and not 8x8 are not afraid to publish issues and provide prompt service status. Definitely recommend.

Fantastic Support From 8x8 whenever i have needed support. Always fast and efficient when i have raised tickets int he past. And was very helpful in the transfer and set up of our new VO systems
